Definition of "racism" is different in different places (and what is it excactly)
And we all have cultural differences
Finns don't generally like when someone plays victims about stuff, so someone pulling out the racism card for some irrelevant reasons really may piss off some of us
Also, many of us are reserved against other people, no matter if they are white or black

Interestingly enough in 2005 Finland was found guilty of disregarding EU directives regarding racial and ethnic discrimination.
