Why did Chicken Run never reach the meme tier status that it deserved? Is it because it's a primarily British production with British jokes and the internet is dominated by Americans? The film is pure gold, right up there with Wallace and Gromit quotes like, "I'm in bread, myself."

I loved this movie when I was a kid. I'd probably love it more now that I'm older. I remember when Burger King had chicken nuggets shaped like Ginger. I had a kids meal toy of her when she's trying to dig her way out with the spoon and you wind her up on her board and she rolls.
