Yeah, you're added at birth, but AVOID further registration in The Beast. You need to learn first aid, take public transportation, etc., to minimize contact with government agents, insurance companies, and healthcare agencies who would register you.

for what it's worth, in london we use the oyster card for travel, which is a swipe card linked with your bank account and address which you have to swipe to get in and out of tube stations etc.
i guess in this instance using public transport doesn't stop you from being tracked. also as of last year you can't pay for the bus with cash, you have to use your trackable oystercard that collects data on every station, train, bus you've used.
