He just got his own series alst year, although I admit there's not enough appreciation of the man! he conquered Storm, Scarlet Witch, AND Thundra! even if Thundra recently broke up with him, which sucks because Marvel never got around to actually doing something cool with their relationship.

He was pre-He-Man, with some similarities to John Carter (goes to exotic planet via impossible means, gets super strength, odd sidekicks, constant swordfighting, weird alien life-forms, lost cities, etc) and Any Fantasy Dude (magic sword, Dark Lord enemy, hot sorceress *sorta* GF, dragon-horse mount, shapeshifting elf buddy, leads a rebellion against Dark Lord). Only had 13-14 episodes.
I based one of my first attempts at DMing a D&D adventure on it.
