Having given this only a modicum of thought, this could work. Of course there's no 1-1 exchange of characters, the dynamics could easily be tweaked to include the tans.
Dave and Jerry can be G4 and either [adult swim] depending on how we want G4 to act. If he's the laid back type, we could have him with stoner [as] as Dave. Less malicious, but they still get into hijinks due to her sheer incompetence. If G4's the type to hump vending machines for extra soda, then fox [as] is a good match as his foil.
The Larrity spot could be filled in with the various older male tans, their neurocies dialed up to 11. (They rotate having to take care of the company they all work at: Tel-a-vision)
Fox-tan has a reckless disregard for his employees, and is all about the bottom line.
Viacom is a consummate business man, but his very presence invites animation errors and sprites that just shouldn't be possible.
And HBO is HBO. He probably invites everyone to use the sauna he built in his office out of hot stones and a charcoal grill.
