I can get 16Mb/s ADSL2/+ = 50 USD a month but very stable being a p2p peerless network (poverty). Fibre is up to 150Mb/s but is a corporate man's game if you don't have the money, rich kids buy it for xbox/PSN
4.5G (LTE-A) basically runs at 20-25Mb/s all day but has no unlimited plans, Sudani (ISP) gives me up to 500GB but 15GB/2 weeks is 10 USD
Throttling? Insane. We had countless groups breaking the ISP firewall and its throttling, then they bought in DPI or Deep packet Inspection (same they use in China's firewall)
Now its so bad they manipulate/poison the DNS cache to stop you from using heavy google services (drive, youtube, pages full of adsense)
Time for work, hospital, and if you're wondering, resident doctor 100USD/month lol
