Why are people falling for the CRISPR meme? The technology can only induce changes by cutting away the overexpressed genes at cell levels. Any large scale genomic modifications will need technology 50-60 years later. Even if you could modify your penis size, it only can be smaller due to the nature of CRISPR.

CRISPR is inherently unreliable, what you end up with is a population of cells with wildly different mutations, that you then carefully and expensively sort out until you maybe find one that does what you want it to do, and then expand it into a cell line.
Additionally, for CRISPR to work you need to either identify a gene you want to silence, or introduce a gene you want expressed. What gene in your dick makes it 6 inches instead of 8? What transgene would make your dick grow exactly two more inches? There are multiple tissues involved, cartilage that needs remodeled, and epigenetic silencing of puberty related genes which needs to be reversed.
What would happen is that you would inject something in your dick and then get dick cancer and then the doctors would have to remove your dick and you'd still probably die in

CRISPR affects genetics on the sequence level, and not large sequences. There are many, many large genes associated with sexual dimorphism, many of which we haven't identified or don't know what they do. Most importantly, many of these genes do essentially irreversible physiological chances, at least using endogenous methods

CRISPR can't do most of that shit. Fixing dysfunctional proteins, sure, anti-viral utility, sure. But you can't fix chromosomal disorders, and splicing "cancer fighting genes" into your immune system ignores how we could already do that with classical methods if we knew what genes would work. But that's the actually hard part.
Aging doesn't happen because of telomere breakdown, that's a dumb meme. It's because our somatic DNA replication system is imperfect, and after many decades accumulated mutations result in either cancer, tissue dysfunction, or respiratory failure. Fixing this would require literally inventing an entirely new set of DNA replication enzymes which are orders of magnitude more specific and less error prone than the existing system, while not being particularly more energetically demanding. In other words, fucking impossible. We're more likely to figure out how to transfer our consciousnesses to machines.

The real power of CRISPR is being able to make animal research models much faster and cheaper, which will let us map genetic function much more quickly and make drugs more efficiently. The former of which is the REAL key to stopping diseases, including cancer.
