Can anyone rec me some bleak thrillers?
Resurrection with Christopher Lambert.
I also always liked Ricochet with Denzel and lithgow
have you seen the town? it's pretty good
Sutherland is the big bad wolf who's trying to rape Reece.
I wouldn't hold the town as a bleak thriller.
This is a bleak thriller....no escaping Matt Cordell.
This is pretty bleak especially when they go to Vietnam.
>The Vanishing (Spoorloos)
>Fail-Safe
>The Treatment
>The Wages of Fear
>Kill-List
>Threads
>The Conversation
Well OP what do you pick?

I remember seeing the Resurrection poster when it came out in the cinema. Never went to see it. Later on I read that it was a Seven ripoff, but I'll give it a try. Thanks!
Love Spoorloos and The Conversation. Kill-List was also decent, but also it felt empty at some points. Probably will see Fail-Safe first. Thanks user!
Is this different to Maniac Cop 1? The only one people recommend here is the sequel
Good thread lads
The Cell
That's not bleak - it's a dark comedy.
Love some Frankeheimer movies. Maybe French Connection 2 was overshadowed by the first, but it's just as good + the acting is even better at some points.
Did anyone saw Solace(2015) which was intended to be a Seven sequel. Is it decent?
Bamps.
Watched it earlier today. It's pretty bad. It's nothing you haven't seen before. Some visuals/cuts remind me of American Gods terrible artsy style but have a little more meaning here.

I remember this is the first time I ever heard someone say "cunt" in film.
