In the context of the saiyan comparison the homeworld gems get, I feel like that'd make Jasper Vegeta and Amethyst Goku Jasper: Elite race of gems, much more powerful and proficient at fighting from birth. Amethyst: Low class version of an elite. Gem raised on earth. Gets actually trashed in a fight (Vegeta kinda wrecked Goku, although not this one sided)
Steven(Gohan): Half-breed between Gem and Human. Ultimately is the one who ends up beating Gem with the help of a swordsman.
