>"Similar in premise to Super Size Me and just as funny - but with a very different ending."

So, does he die at the end?

Is this about fat acceptance?

Scientifically accurate but horrible editing and humour. Worth a watch if you're a fat cunt.

No, the opposite. It's about how metabolism actually works and how you can lose weight while eating Maccas every day as long as you're eating more fat than carbs.

Low Production value but the information is good

The point of Super Size Me wasn't the nutrition of fast food. Spurlock said in the first five minutes of the film that everyone knows McDonald's is unhealthy. The diet experiment was done for shock value.
This whole movie is a strawman.

so is another "carbs are evil" thing?

>Is this about fat acceptance?

In a nutshell its refuting the bullshit from super size and the modern day food pyramid (which is bullshit)

The gist of is that you need to watch carbs/sugar intake and you literally eat fast food every day and still lose weight

Refined carbs are evil

>Not taking the keto-pill
>Still eating (((carbs)))

Hehehehe, good goys.

This

>make a film about nutrition
>talk about nutrition only half the time
>spend the rest obnoxiously spouting libertarian political views
horrible to watch

I thought that guy was Hugh Mungus for a second.

with you americans its all about politics

Wouldn't high fat make you fat

only carbs and sugar make you fat

>Wouldn't high fat make you fat
Lol no

Great info but shitty production value

>carbs
>and sugar

What havent I been lied to about?

If you want to lose weight or build muscle, cutting out carbs is one of, if not, the best way to do so.
