In my days, any character that was Japanese would have had a "konnichiwa!" or "aishiteru" plastered all over the fanfic, ending it with an "owari."
I can't believe people still use "aishtieru" despite most Japanese using "daisuki" unless it's like a married couple.

My personal theory is that Keith is half-Galra half-Altean hence the fact that he looks human. Does this mean I think he's Lotor? Yes, yes I do. But whether it will happen or not is another thing. I can be 100% certain about something and still be dead wrong.

I'm in the camp where I think it can go either way. The 'hints" are really vague, so it could be either that they were all unintentional and the writers weren't going for that at all, or it is intentional and the fans were really good at picking up on them. If it doesn't happen in canon I won't be surprised
I think the big reasons fan latched onto the theory is because it lets them draw a cute catboy (and I am happy for that)

Yeah, true, it happened right after the scene with Keith which makes me think it must have been intentional, especially since they specifically showed Lance and Keith being surprised that it worked.

I think it's because it's all speculation. I mean if it does come into fruition, we're going to see a vastly different design for canon Galra Keith compared to how fans have him.
Yeah, Lance is probably the only one who would dismiss something like that as a coincidence or whatever and not think about it much more than that. He was the perfect one for that scene because they could show his suprise without him really questioning it which would make things too obvious.
He also can't be full Galra because as far as we know, the Galra do not possess the ability to transform which means Keith wouldn't be able to look like a human. He's either half Galra/half Altean or some other combination.
I like how Lance was also quiet when Pidge mentioned Shiro's arm being the only thing that can open Galra doors. More likely than not, he thought nothing of it and figured the Keith thing was a fluke. Or he just forgot about it.
