I'd like a source for both of those claims OP. But I'll humour you and let's assume both of those are true even though they're both false.
If we mix 2 races, you destroy two cultures with very amazing backgrounds, works of art, and history of struggle to get where we are today. What's the point? As Europeans our kind has successfully conquered the planet. Why would we need to mix our genetics with black people if we've gotten this far? Plus, with that mindset, let's add a dab of Asian blood in there for the intelligence, a dab of Indian for their darker skin pigmentation, and oh look the white race is destroyed. The mixture would lose the specialized strengths of both and quite frankly intelligence is the highest importance in regards to human civilization.
If whitey was physically only 25% as strong as your average black we would still fuck them in the ass with technology, cohesion, and strategy/tactics.
Physical strength is a meme. Intelligence wins wars, builds civilization/society, and continuosly pushes us further technologically.
