Most important thing right now, imo, is the common military. If we had that, 1% of EU's GDP would give us a budget that would eclipse Russia's and cut our expenditures. it's a way to pool money and manpower towards a project
it's entirely up to eu countries which projects they want in on and it's very much a coalition of the willing sort of thing
