The DC movies are still making a ton of money and there's no reason for them to scrap everything and reboot the universe. Are they making as much as they could? No. Which is why they tossed everyone and put John Berg and Geoff Johns in charge and the next DC Films movie is coming out in 10 months. The universe will get a soft reboot over the next few films.

This. They've critically been poop but they've made enough to warrant continuing. DCEU is struggling to get it's footing but it's not a financial drain on WB as of yet. SS looks like it will bring in close to what was expected of it.
Overall the whole company wars shit is getting really tiresome here. You can't complain about BvS being bad without someone calling you a Marveldrone. You can't praise SS for being good without someone calling you a DCuck.

Affleck is the ONLY standout thing about the DCEU but I'm starting to wonder if thats only because everything else is so awful. Here's the thing though about Batfleck, he's already really old. How much longer can he actually do this anyway?
