Well if this counts as a test Japan seems to LOVE Mabel, in the fan art and doujin she's everywhere, rivalled maybe only by Bill (probably the reason for the bizarre amount of MabelxBill shipping).
Her Japanese dub voice seems pretty cute though, maybe that is why Japan loves her while America uses her as a punching bag.
