Eh, it's way it is. Sometimes you get artist and he doesn't leave, like Capullo with Batman or Bachallo with Uncanny X-Men (although you'd have to be insane to leave such gig). Reis goes where he goes, 20 issues of Aquaman, six of Cyborg.

Well... Previously Lobdell hasn't been that great at balancing power levels between different characters without going full retard that's why to keep up with Starfire Jason became a ninja, and Roy was able to turn toasters into nuclear reactors.
So I think the real test of the story starts when Bizarro joins the gang.

Red Hood has officially become my favorite series along with Superman and Green Lanterns. And man, Rebirth line has been great so far.
