Are you actually this dense? let's explain it one more time. In the storyline of the film, barry stole space shuttle parts to make a suit for himself, by himself, not Ezra Miller in real life, but by Barry Allen in the fiction of the film. Therefore the suit is homemade.
I know that, but I'm saying that in-universe, the suit is not believably homemade. It doesn't LOOK like it was made by a single person, but rather by a committee (as it was in real life). If it had a simpler design, I could buy that Barry Allen made it. But the way it it, it kills my suspension of disbelief

I get your point, but I don't get why Barry needed such an elaborate costume. There are so many pieces all over him. He really just needs about 2-3 pieces for his arms but instead, there's over a dozen. And then there's this weird vertical accordion pattern on his neck. Maybe that's just because the 3D printing Barry uses only allows you to make small pieces at a time, so I hope that's at least shown in the movie if it is the case. For me personally, it just seems over the top compared to what he could have theoretically made.
For the record though, I still prefer this one, despite it's flaws, to the CW suit because at least this one isn't afraid to be bright red with the yellow lightning streaks. I would have preferred something like this more. Just a bit simpler and I can see the steps in logic you would take to make it like that.
