With the Ailes thing and his age, maybe Murdoch decides to let FOX go. As he always does, and on the back of a successful Presidential bid, Trump successfully brings in a lot of money and investment and forms a group to buy it. Kushner already owns the New York Observer and would obviously be interested in something like that, along with Ivanka running it, etc. So now Don and Eric run the properties and resorts, while Ivanka and Jared build the media side.
