grug weigh 15 rocks and you?

all measurements are arbitrary

not metrical

Me user
Anon like Grug meme
user say, post Grugs that user not see before

worse, that's the feet of some dead anglo king lmao

just use metric

>tfw never learned metric
>tfw can't talk about height or weight with my Sup Forums buddies

>tfw never learned metric

it takes like 10 minutes to learn it, so what's the problem?

anyone can learn it, that's the point

He's lying. Unless he's over the age of 50, he was taught metric alongside imperial in school

I don't understand why they don't just change to learn the more logical system.
Stop fucking putting months first in a date while they're at it.

we actually use king george's feet you stupid kraut

>doesn't realize that stopped in the 18th century in America, it is standardized now
>German intelligence

This, its illogical

When you ask someone the date, do you ask the month first and then the day?
Just change it already

This. I'm tired of people acting like they never learned metric measurements.

>feet
But my feet are biggers than my girlfriend's.

It's true. All of it is true.

10 mm -> 1 cm, 10 cm -> 1 dm, 10 dm -> 1m
Then it goes to thousands like 1000m -> 1km etc etc
not hard

>t. Literally uses stone as a measurement

totally arbitrary

then you get more. simple as that

same here

I don't think he means to learn its units, but rather than intrinsic feeling of measurement.

For example you can look at a dude and say "Yeah he's probably like 185cm" or look out your window and guess the car on the street is about 20 meters away. You grew up with it, it's how you're wired.

That's really, really had to do with a measurement system you're new to. Growing up on metric, I can't just intrinsically guess measurements with with imperial units, I always have to basically just think in metric and convert it. Oh that car is 20 meters away, so around 3 feet to a meter I guess it's around 60 feet away.

grug buy wood from big nose tribe
big nose tribe sell many foot wood
grug think very long wood for not many coin
in home cave grug see too little wood
big nose tribe fool grug, big nose foot longer than grug foot

>using something familiar and similar to most people around you as a metric for measurement is backwards

the imperial system is fine, europeans only chide because they are too 89 iq to understand it, hoomon no like thing that different from what hoomon used to

>if it's over complicated it means it's clever
No
Its still fucking stupid

In which ways is it over complicated?

Try again

Hey man, mind telling me how many barleycorns of wheat we need to get a 3 Gunther's chains?

It is not very consistent

??????

I am 4 femurs tall.

Nobody uses those measurements. The only ones I use on there that most people don't use are furlong and rod.
Inches are broken down into fractions, not "fingers".

>Implying that it's still logical and easy to use
Stop pretending to sound clever. Metric is just more intuitive and practical.

That's the joke you fucking retard.
