Well, props to the artest for doing something. But this is a bit bland.
As for the punchlines, I think the author does too much set up in the first panels so the punchline is too obvious. That cookie baked on a sidewalk was way to telecast for instance. Probably would help to ease up on that. Trust the audience to get the joke, be careful not to spell it out too much.
