I watched him debate buckley recently. I haven't seen much of chomsky but his debating style reminded of of Don Lemon. He talks over you with constant interruptions then when he gets talked over he says "are you going to let me finish". I'm not sure who got the facts straight in the debate since it happened decades ago and I haven't studied what they were talking about. But I couldn't stand listening to Chomsky because he seemed to want to lecture more than discuss.

I agree with all of this criticism except for the bit about corporations being more dangerous than governments. They're equally as dangerous. Anytime large amounts of power are vested in one entity, there is a problem. Especially in the modern case where the government establishment signs off on corporations cornering certain markets. Or where there is a revolving door between the corporations being regulated and the government regulators.
