Hard to say. If Trump's red pills in the speech gain traction, even robbing a small cut of the black vote would be a shot in the knee to Clinton, who relies extremely heavily on the minority vote to carry her.
The media that could push that counter narrative has lost its credibility. Trump's argument that blacks trust in democrats is mistrust may find a wider audience than expected.
We'll see. I've met some educated blacks voting for Trump because of problems in their communities, and they're not as monolithic a voting block as you might expect.

I also think that the support numbers won't directly translate into voter turnout for Hillary whereas a black person who says is voting Trump will with very high certainty actually go to the polls and vote
