Who did it better?

Who did it better?

TNBA's outfits feel more varied. Young Justice Batgirl in particular is just "Female Batman."

Season 1 is shit but after that it rivals both.

nightwing is shit in both, tim and barbara are shit in yj, so the left I guess?

Tim and Barbara were barely characters in YJ.

lol at the underage here

>YJ Nightwing
>shit

Good one.

YJ, if only because Bruce didn't fuck Barbara, there wasn't angsty tension between Bruce and Dick, and Tim wasn't a watered-down Jason Todd.

>liking batman who isn't named batman

Yeah, that issue was shit, despite the overwhelming Dickworship.

If you actually read Nightwing or Teen Titans you'd know that he doesn't actually act like a fucking pornstar.

Having casual sex here or there isn't being a pornstar.

>not including the most important one

Man, people rip on timm's style, but those YJ designs look so awkward and lumpy.

Alfred is best no matter what medium.

Are we talking about which show depicted the Bat Family/Universe best? Because I think the answer is probably BTAS, mostly for its drama and tone. You can't beat that dark art-deco aesthetic with the red night sky. Fuck Timm's Bruce x Babs ship, that was always terrible.

YJ was excellent at conveying the combat/field tactics of the team, but I don't think it really compares beyond that. They just don't have enough development against all the other characters. And that's okay.

I just think it's a weird comparison.

Efrem Zimbalist Jr, rest in peace you beautiful man.

I just looked up and holy shit he was 95.

...

only true response

>that inconsistent character design
>utterly absurd batgirl cowl
>Robin looks like he's from a "How to Draw Anime" book
>Alfred, Batman, and Nightwing all look like they belong in different series

Who was the fucking character designer for this? Some art student?

That's not what I said or even implied. Even then, Nightwing doesn't have tons of casual sex with all of his female teammates and a ton of different women like you memers like to think he does. Sometimes he's flirty, sure, but he's still a one-woman kinda guy and has always taken his relationships seriously.

The guy who did Jackie Chan Adventures. It explains the show's great action sequences, but the aesthetic is very stylized.

Bruce Timm's designs are simple, and much more creative when you think about how much less effort he needed to put into the costumes to make them much more colorful and different from each other.
He's one of the few artists that realized that more lines doesn't equate to a better art style. Something people like Jim Lee still haven't accepted sadly.

Young Justice's designs are more detailed, sure. But they aren't nearly as asthetically pleasing to look at.

>lol at the underage here
Yes show him how grown ups talk about their favourite cartoon.

Is that Black Canary?

>finally have Tim again
>not a hybrid, just Tim
>he's barely a character

Reeee.

That' has two Dicks though.

>That' has two Dicks though.

I kinda don't want either of these.

Kay, neuter, jeeze.

I'm sorry, but The New Batman Adventures, while not as good as it's predecessor, still manages to impress me with the dedication and artistic integrity it had. It's writing was much more entertaining, it had unique ideas, and was quite entertaining.

Young Justice isn't bad, but I watched because I heard it was incredible. It's not. It's entertaining, but the writing is a bit dull at times, certain characters feel bland, and while the writing can be complex and plays with the dynamic out a bunch of teenagers who seek to prove themselves, it fails to entertain.

I think the main problem with Young Justice was it was always serious, and the humor was subpar, where in The New Batman Adventures, it could be ridiculous /and/ heart wrenching. You can laugh at Harley Quinn all you want, then you'll see how the fucking Joker actually abuses a sick demented woman.

If I were fourteen again, I could see myself liking Young Justice because it was admittedly cool...but nowhere near as hype-generating for me as The New Batman Adventures.

I know someone's going to shit on this.

YJ Nightwing> BTAS Nightwing

The rest is BTAS>YJ

Bette Kane.

In the show, she was the one that showed Artemis the ropes at school and dismissed Dick as some dorky freshman.

>Alfred's hand
Man, that is really heartwarming. Reminds me of my Dad.

So, YJ Tim is 100% Tim then?

Yes.Pic related is Jason in YJ,he died in between season 1 and 2

It looks better animated

>not liking Batman without the brooding and edge

it looks like he's fisting batman

YJ Nightwing had some brooding and edge tho

Is he a force ghost?

Here's my joke:

Why did Batman TAS skip Jason?

To have Bruce Tim.

Don't bully me

The Team has a monument for all the dead heroes. We see it when they put up Artemis' hologram. Jason being among the dead and I think Ted Kord's was in there too.

>Batman
About equal desu. I like how little an asshole Bruce was in YJ
>Nightwing
He's shit in both
>Tim
He's not Tim in TNBA, but he's barely even a character in YJ. So TNBA I guess
>Barbara
Also barely a character in YJ, so TNBA

Would have been cooler if he was a force ghost

>Fisting
Why does Batman have a butthole in the middle of his back?

Are you underage?

TNBA

although Tim Drake in TNBA was Jason Todd with Tim Drake written over it

He's Batman. He has it just in case

At least that shitty ship was contained to batman beyond

Again, the correct answer is Brave and the Bold

No, but it should have been

Do people still like yj?

>He has sex with le hot chicks
>That makes him a good character

It's only "okay" at best.

:D I liked that little joke.

yj had better character design

I can't remember Nightwing in the show.
Was he in that Artifact episode?

Bats is the only good one, everyone else looks like a mutant.
