Are there really blonde italians that not only live in Japan but own a restaurant/business there? I've seen this in JoJo arc 4, Blend, and Food Wars.
Is it just a meme or is there some truth to it? I too would like to move to Japan and open an eatery and blend with the locals. Perhaps marrying a qt and settling down there as well.

I've met three somewhat blonde Italians in my lifetime.
One was half-albanian (surprisingly) and had really weird blonde/gray hair

And the other one is me, although I'm not Italian in the slightest (slav) and I my hair is just a very bright shade of brown
The situation doesn't change all that much when you go further north, I guess people with bright hair might be more common there, but natural blonde? No way in hell, maybe 1 in a 1000
