Was a really weird experience when I was there.
It's like stepping back into the 1980s.
Older style houses, the city is dead after 5pm, higher concentration of older cars as well.
Population seems to just be old anglos and declining as the few younger folk move to other states for work. Didn't see a single nonwhite while I was there.
The economy's shit and illiteracy rates is one of the highest in the country. Not a place you'd want to live cos there's no jobs.

weather is nice for 1-2 months a year
rest of the year the weather is cold as fuck, proper fucked, but not the good fucked where you at least get lots of snow, nope, just shitty rainy cold weather.
