She didn't sound like someone trying to get revenge. She sounded like someone who just hated that planet for some more petty reason. There didn't seem to be any depth to her emotion towards it other than hate. If she was doing it to avenge Pink Diamond, there'd be at least a hint of relief or sorrow to it.
Also, it's not like she knows Rose is still around. If she wanted revenge for PD, she got it 4,500 years ago when they dropped a nuke on Rose's head.
