Wears a mask

>wears a mask
>crashes luftwaffe planes with no survivors
>saves soldiers, lotta loyalty
>starts a fire
>turns his plane into wreckage
>fire rises
>gets caught, doesn't get to bring friends, was part of his plan

What did he mean by this?

What a brave and selfless man, is this the bane prequel story?
>gets put in prison by nazis
>becomes bitter and turns into an anarchist criminal

That is exactly what this is. We already got CIA's prequel story, too.

Nolan's next movie will be the epic conclusion to their decades-long war and will be called "These Immortal Foes."

What CIA the villain the entire time?

he could be one of the nazis taken to america during operation paperclip

In all seriousness do you think Nolan knows about baneposting and actually, intentionally referenced it?

I wanna believe, but know he probably doesn't browse the internet.
Maybe his 4 kids introduced him to it and 4chin?

He was a big guy....

For UK

>In all seriousness do you think Nolan knows about baneposting and actually, intentionally referenced it?

It would be surprising if he did, he's famously averse to technology. Doesn't use a cellphone or even email.

This is why I feel like, if he does know, he probably found out through either his kids or Tom himself (after tv derailed his Reddit AMA a few years back -- I'm positive *he* knows all about it)

>tfw i was that one autist who was giggling whenever tom was on screen/talking

I'm not even autistic but I had the incredible urge to shout out He's a big guy at the screen. Sup Forums is genuinely ruining me

>Naja...du kannst keine Freunden bringen

Is Dunkirk worth seeing just for Tom Hardy's role?
I seriously don't care about the story or the war.
I just wanna see the big guy wearing a mask crashing planes with no survivors.

No, he probably has 10 minutes of screen time at most in which he speaks for about 1 minute overall

I'll just wait for the Sup Forums edited YouTube movie then for his scenes.

Respectable position user

It's worth seeing just because it's kino.

But if you like Tom Hardy, he has a very impactful role here. Not much screentime, but he's a badass motherfucker.

he's not in it much
his voice does sound quite like bane's though

>dr Mengele, I'm SS

>mfw nolan portrayed the anglo retreat like it was some kind of miracle and not a tactical decision taken by Hitler as a last offer of peace

I think one of the British did question why they weren't being slaughtered at one point and the other just said something like "why waste the bullets"
But yeah
