I lost my managerial job because my bosses insisted that I take a less productive sales associate to work the counter up at my branch and because he was such an unproductive worker, I had to fix his mistakes a number of times, repeatedly. Because I did this, that employee cried racism to my boss and ended up costing me my job because I was doing my job. What I learned shortly after is that its more of a cultural thing, in Somalia, being told how to correct your mistakes is one of the worst things you could do. They literally want to fail to the point of dying, just to learn on their own.
