ITT: Tropes you like

>one character has a crush on one of the MC's/Other characters

>Everyone knows this except the character that they have a crush on

Obliviousness makes me laugh alot

HEEEEEEEENNNNNNHHHHHHH

Bump

I... DID THINGS

>brutal showdown between main goodie and main baddie
>hero throws a final series of punches, and with every punch, he utters one word or a fraction of a final badass line, physically and verbally defeating the villain

I love training arcs.

I like trains

i like arcs

>Opening changes to reflect events/tone in the show
Always fun

Bad guy hears a prohecy. Sets in motion that very prophecy.

I usually like these stories because there's always a point where the villain can avoid it entirely, if they just walk away but their own character compels them to go forward.

>Villain would rather die than be saved by the hero
Really makes you think...

>romance object ends up with MC's best friend instead of MC

Don't even have a thing for cuckoldry, I just hate the "female ends up with MC" trope with a passion.

Does she like the MC and change her mind later? Or is she just the female lead who ends up with the male best friend.

Just the main female character fans assume the MC will end up with.

If you read Jaime Reyes' original Blue Beetle run, think Jaime, Paco, and Brenda.

>Creepy villain sticks his thumb up the main protagonist's butt
My favorite trope.

...

...

>villain has been a huge problem for the hero
>big/final fight
>hero is having none of their shit

>it's a hero and villain team up to fight a bigger villain episode

These always get me hyped for some reason.

>hero time travels into the past to warn others
>the act of time traveling is what causes it to happen in the first place

I like it when prophecy's HAVE to come true. It really bothers me when the hero can change the future on their own merits.

>its the "What if" episode
I love these so much

>The two separate groups working towards the same goal finally meet up to save the day

>Superhero Slug Fests

>that dodge at 1:26
Gets me every time.

My favorite comic book series ended with a "what if" episode because a guy started scribbling on the "holy book of time".
Then they rebooted it with no explanation and no ties to the previous series, leaving everything unresolved.
