'Free Trade' only hurts good people.

Immigration and the threat of Cultural Marxism made me reconsider.

What was it? The open borders?

youtube.com/watch?v=yOEJGKusJb8

The Republicans missed out on their own "Bernie Sanders" like fervor when they shut this guy out. Real shame this year would have gone better if they hadn't shit the bed back then

free trade always results in more specialization and division of labor

this is very bad for whites because we are all around good at most things but not the best

>'Free Trade' only hurts stupid, poor and uneducated people
Fixed that for you.

you forgot faggots and niggers

Met enough people to know that humans are the problem now.

I left once I realized it was co-opted by globalists. I'd still consider myself a minarchist though.

Open Borders cucks and military cuts

>YOU CAN HAVE AN EMPIRE WITHOUT A STRONG MILITARY PRESENCE AROUND THE WORLD

Cucks.

I realized with trump's campaign that I'm really some kind of national capitalist. Open borders is fucking retarded because after four years of a libertarian candidate you'll have hordes of the third world voting for a statist regime. 100% free trade also doesn't work because it causes us to do more business with countries that have fewer worker regulations so they get jobs at lower wages and our workers get shafted because they're held to higher labor laws. Basically libertarianism could only possibly work if everywhere in the world was libertarian.

For me it was the insistence of open borders without having a legitimate libertarian system in place FIRST.

That and every libertarian I know is an ideological sperglord that thinks blind people should be able to drive and kids should be able to buy heroin. I'm not even strawmanning.

You can free the market in your nation but you cannot free the market in other countries.

Every country NEEDS a lower class. Ours is already the best in the world. Stop making them worse.

Rising tide lifts all boats

If it wasn't for free trade with China, Japan, etc, 90% of lower class families in America couldn't afford the luxuries they can today like big screen TVs, etc

Things have gotten so out of hand that statism is the only solution at last.

We need a tax funded apparatus to deport immigrant families, patrol barrios and muslim ghettos and secure the border.

The rabid nature of the regressive Left must be dealt with from an authoritative position. We are going to have to side with Law and Order or go full Order 66 on these faggots because in the end they'll leave you no option in their zero sum game.

Libertarianism just weakens the Right. We don't have time to squabble over these principles because the enemy enjoyed the advantage of picking the battlefield and starting the war.

I agree.
"I don't agree with you but you have the right to say it"
That phrase is what pushed me further right. Libertarians are too weak to actually defeat thier enemies. They let them walk over them.

Niggers

I was one when it was the latest fad but then realized the "private everything" meme is a scam and outsourcing responsible for the shrinking middle class that leads to a McCuck labor force

when i realized most libertarians actually think the free market will fix itself without causing massive chaos and unrest.
When i realized how globalization fucks us and forces us to comply.

Ron Paul is not a libertarian, he's a confederate.

I stopped caring or thinking we can change anything through politics.

>Libertarianism just weakens the Right. We don't have time to squabble over these principles because the enemy enjoyed the advantage of picking the battlefield and starting the war.
Jokes on you, libertarians hate authoritarians, doesn't matter if they are left or right.
This phrase is against censorhip, not a "you can do whatever the fuck you want and we won't do anything about that"
Remember the whole don't thread on me thing?
Yah.
Everything is private, the shit owned by the government belongs to the government not the "people" don't fucking tell me you are too naive to notice that.

>deciding that people should have governments enforcing social protocol
>hurr durr we need MORE LAWS in the US
are you kidding me

You never truly stop being a libertarian. You are born that way. Live and let live man.

This, the immigration thing is obvious, but there's also the fact that a Libertarian society has no real defenses against the more insidious types of left wing infiltration and takeover. this outlines it pretty well, basically non-libertarian groups will undermine and destroy you easily unless you somehow made the entire world instantly libertarian.

Recently when I realised people can't govern themselves and don't even know what there best interest is on a national scale

Became a monarchist because I'd rather have one person in charge who everyone knows. That way if he consistently fucks up, everyone knows exactly who to blame and overthrow. Also the most Christian form of government.

libertarian society does not require having control over the political system. You can still decide to leave other people alone if they aren't harming you, you can still try to avoid feeding the machine with cash, you can still try to do your best to trade with others off the grid for services and goods, you can still enjoy the philosophy that you know is correct.

62 people own half of the world wealth and we're left fighting over scraps and I want off this neoliberal cuckery train, not make it worse with cancerous libertarianism. The only reason they 'own' this wealth is because of repression tools like the police and military defend them for the rich and cuck you with stupid ideas of "natural rights" and "property rights" that only benefit themselves in a dog eat dog world while most have to flip burgers 40 hr/week just to sustain their existence.

Well that's not even true. Where is the working class the richest? In countries with free trade.

Okay, first, if you think the government, in its current state (not referring to the people in it, I'm talking about the system itself) is capable of supporting the world we live in right now, you are wrong. It is ineffectual, and there is no one you can elect that can change that.

Congressmen do not have the background, the knowledge, the know-how, or the TIME they need to put into each consecutive law signed. The money that US Citizens pump into the government is ENORMOUS and it is being spent in inefficient manners. Personal values aside, we need to unite (liberals, and conservatives) to deconstruct the government and build it into a new system that works, or it will be done with rebellion, and the new government will be one birthed in fire.

Not all libertarians are in favor of open borders, I'm not.
Also, do you really think we can't defend ouselves? This ak here says otherwise, considering a bunch of farmers rekt your army in vietnam with them
These 62 people use the government to maintain their fortune. Just look at the EU, the biggest example of all. These big companies pay millions to do lobby in the EU so politicians makes more and more rules to fuck up with the small business.
Just look at who is funding Hillary's campaign

Turned me into a paleo-conservative. The only right way to think in modern America.

Look I'm not going to argue with you, this isn't 2012 and time is pressing, the world is going worse by the day way too fast to be talking philosophy. Free trade is largely responsible for destroying the middle class (because beaners at 1 peso/hour cost less) and more capitalism is not the solution. Just because the U.S government does bad shit doesnt mean an unregulated capitalist environment is good, it has its own flaws like all things.

I stop being a libertarian when I realized it was filled to the brim with godless cucks that virtue signal.
I'm full Nationalist now. Fuck Libertarians, I would spite in your face if you told me you were one. You disgusting fucking profligates.

You are right, and as I stated before I'm against open borders
I'm not an anarchist

You sure would, pal.

Libertarianism became obsolete the second Trump announced his run.

everyone on this boards shits on libertarians, but i get the feeling that most people here are generally libertarian, just really against immigration and multiculturalism. its almost like most of you are national capitalism.

does "national capitalism" even really exist? kind of seems like the best of both worlds.

It's just about protecting your labor force and your middle class. The US can't compete against cheap labor across the globe. You can't BernieBro free college for everyone your way when labor is competing against third world peasanet. Not everyone can have a 'white collar' job. We need workers to make things. For our own solvency, identity, and security. If we depend so much for foreign manufacturing for our basic needs, what happens when that country goes all fucked up. It has a horrible ripple effect through our country.

I just became Libertarian again because of this post.

Would love to shoot you for violating the NAP.

>why?
The theory sounds good until you realize all the immigrants will vote Socialist, like where they came from.
Then you have yourself a 3rd world shithole.
