Why do Koreans and Japanese eat their food raw? The chinese seems to have figured out how to make good edible warm food since like 3000 years back.
Even the more brash Chinese dishes like eating dogs or entire pigs seems like a culinary experience compared to eating a raw fucking cotopus

I honestly can't imagine that being tasty. Then again I'm not big on seafood. Fish is ok, maybe shrimp sometimes, but every time I tried, octopus, scallops, crab or anything like that I didn't like it.
