Following in Island's footsteps.

...or not far enough?

Morrison knows what Morrison likes.

Which is FUCKING.

You tell me.

He's really channeling Stan the man here.

>it's July
>in The Year of Our Lord 2016
>be in my local LCS shop
>nervously approach the shopkeep
>ask for my pull list
>shopkeeper grins and starts talking loudly
>"Oh, you want the latest issue of Heavy Metal? I hear it's ~furry~ good."
>other patrons are turning to look
>shopkeep holds up the issue for all to see
>"I bet you can't wait to get your ~paws~ on this one!"
>other patrons are now giggling
>I start to get sweaty, feel my face turning red
>I yank the issue out of their hands
>"What's the matter? I'm just ~horsing~ around with you!"
>all the patrons are laughing at me
>even that cute qt that I like
>I hand the shopkeep my allowance and run out
>I can feel their eyes on me
>I can feel the kibble tumbling out of my pockets
>I'm so martyfied that I can never return there ever again
Grant, you thieving hack fraud, I can't bear this shit again.

What? Didn't heavy metal used to be about....idk, heavy metal things? Like cheesey edgelord scifi fantasy? Then again I guess "heavy metal" the music isn't about those things either anymore

Oh, but it is.
Check out High on Fire or the Sword or any number of other groups.

His heavy metal isn't nearly as good as island

Heavy Metal has always been 75% porn

>TFW gay so dont even like all the tits in it

It does have some genuinely interesting shit it there, so if you like illustration its worth trying, just dont think it isnt porn

>I can feel the kibble tumbling out of my pockets

How is Morrison's Heavy Metal run going?

I read the first issue and it was just standard Heavy Metal stuff. It even felt like half of the book was the same series running before he took over. Maybe I was expecting too much.

Well, I guess that explains this.
Every time I see this it fuckin cracks me up. Whoever okayed that cover either knows far too much or far too little about internet fetish cultures.

>Maybe I was expecting too much.
You were. HM has been dying slowly for awhile

I know that furry artist. I remember fapping to his trap porn.

No regrets.

>Graham
That nigga post links to furry porn comics he reads occasionally. Graham full well knows people are perverts and doesn't give a shit.

Anyone want some Cadburry Caramel?

This reads way to stuffy and clinical (I guess people could be into that)

He's trying to assamble a full-on porn issue of Island. I wonder if Image will let him

>martyfied

there's only one way to get over being Martyfied user. We'll wait while you change.

Martyfied?

Oh user, you're like a precious little baby
blushcomics.com/furry-comics/cross-platform-pg-03/

Guys they're obviously trying to cash in on Zootopia

I've flipped through that issue a few times.

As I recall, the cover is the most furry thing about it.

...Heavy Metal is still a thing?

Yeah, but they should change their name to Heavy Contemporary nowadays.

SAVE MARTHA!!

There are stiches on ears...
So it's a fursuit then?

I'm fairly certain it's a ceramic/plastic rabbit head mask.

>75% porn
and yet I was unable to find enough fappble pages. in rare cases when I did find something it was usually some trippy art or mixed with gore

old but gold

Let's do this!!!

Dare you lift this digital curtain?

Strap in!

>hardblush actually got to illustrate a comic

Christmas, how the fucked did I miss this?

Loosen up!

And OPEN WIDE!

>Sex special

Is it the 80s again?

Because it's about to get WEIRD!!!

Sure. Why not?

Cyborg Queefing cheesy enough for you?

Hot damn.

Blowing the load.

And that is how Steven Universe happened.

Brings a whole new definition to the term, "Girl Power," don't it?

>ritualistic space sex for imperial galactic conquest
Eh, I'm already getting my fill of this from Prophet.

No need to hate everything from the past

Shut up boco

They've been great. Subscribed and saved a lot of money, $8 at LCS vs like $3.50.

First issue was good, Sex issue and Sci-Fi even better. His prose is hilarious and his comics are terrific.

It's been the '80s for a while, especially for people who never lived through the '80s.

No, don't you remember that time he wrote a story for Danzig's horror-porn anthology where a priestess puts down a Slaaneshi incursion?

>There will never be a new Heavy Metal animated movie.

That should be priest, not priestess.

>>There will never be a new Heavy Metal animated movie.

I hope and pray that Sausage Party opened that door a little bit.

Heavy Metal was AMAZING. I'm old enough that I went to see the original theatrical showing, and back then, it was beyond amazing.

>It's just a costume

>Reading the inferior American version instead of the superior Metal Hurlant.

Buy some manly furry comics before they 'bully' you into sucking their dicks.

>thehistoryofindependentcomicart.png

I feel bad for anybody wanting to display the covers. It's not like issue five's cover is good, but at least it's not as far out there and garish as Furry Femboi DSL Connection.

...

Fuck off Bendis

this is the only kind of porn i want to watch now

>the first 2-3 covers are god tier
>suddenly the fagiest furshit to ever seen retails
ok, whats the story here? and who's the artist of #6?

It's an anthology comic meant to showcase artist talent, and the last one is done by a furry artist whose earlier works centered around gays and crossdressing.
My LCS had that issue and I took a look inside, the story that artist did focused on the same characters from his porn.

>he picked it up off the shelf and took a peek in public
you absolute madman

user, you've been shitting on Morrison all day. What's you beef?

The other day I admitted that I asked if they had any of Green Arrow Rebirth left because I knew the artist used to do porn and it was nice that he was getting professional work.
