Agreed I almost gave up on it because the beginning of the film is so Americanised it feels less like a spy movie and more like an american detective buddy film like lethal weapon glad it picks up the second half but still I couldn't put it above the living daylights.

Speaking of the Living Daylights, it really was the best 007 film. An excellent theme song, a great plot and the right amount of jokes without the movie turning into a Moore-tier comedy.
