To bring balance to the world

Ethically white national socialism.

He wants to turn himself into a pickle.

He want's to bring Santa to the world of GOT

To stop global warming caused by human body heat.

he symbolizes the ALIEN (as UFO ALIEN) threat to the people

watch the movie "Unacknowledged"

i know i sound like a lunatic but it checks out xD

Crashing Westeros...

his entire mystique died the moment we saw they're nothing but men-turned-to-zombies by forest hippies. dropped.

secretly our guy

Yeah the season 6 origin story reveal was a real let down desu

it worked better as this unknown enemy from uninhabited lands.

Back before the show there were a lot of theories about there being some possible portal or just otherworldly dimension beyond the lands of always winter and this was some eternal struggle between unexplained forces or w/e. it was hella comfy.

now it's just another nuclear bomb allegory.

reminder that we've never actually seen him or his followers do anything evil. big twist is that he was the good guy all along

he's that nicca

Well, the real Night's King was a man who boned the Great Other and became an icy Elf.

They represent two themes/tropes:

1. Looming real world/force of nature disaster that humans are too petty to prepare for, to subvert the "everyone works together honorably against the forces of evil" bedrock fantasy theme

2. An easy out to avoid the ultimately irreconcilable positions of the main characters. IE if you have a greater threat suddenly your problems ain't so big and you can all come together with your medieval fantasy UN. I'm sure GRRM had some idea how to subvert that trope when he was planning the series back before any of us were born, but the show isn't going to do anything interesting with it.

That sounds dumb as all fuck. You really want alternate realities, of all fucking things, in GoT?

You're dumb, dude.

Literally crashing this numale show with no survivers

oh right the killing tons of babies and helpless wildling villagers isn't wrong meme

reduce entropy in the world with eternal cold

>inb4 chhaoosh isha laddeh

It already is an alternate reality my dude, and I'm just saying some of the speculation dipshit.

Having it be unknown/undefined is 10x comfier than "we just wanted to fight humans but we went too far!!!!1111" tired old trope

...

Unacknowledged explicitly states that ETI's are not a threat.

Dr. Speer is wrong about this of course, because duality does not stop at the end of our atmosphere, but nevertheless that's what his documentary says. Other than that naive interpretation that "all ETs are good" I agree that Unacknowledged is worth watching and I encourage people to check it out.

They are an inclusive society and accept all the different races and culture into their army.

Not appearing so we have to watch shit instead.
The billboards in the UK with GoT advertisements have his mug on them yet after 4 episodes we've seen him for what? 5 seconds? At this rate the next time we see him is on the episode 7 cliff hanger, then we'll have to wait another fucking year.

>So what's this guy's endgame?
But more importantly, his tax policy?

Creatures from another plane of existence or different dimension is not the same as "alternate reality."

>this is a 10 in the Westerlands

Mass immigration.

Every single fantasy story does this with their endgame villain. You want them to show him hanging out and start giving him character traits so he can get fangirls and get shipped with other characters?

Wouldn't the children of the forest blowing up the arm of dorne and flooding the neck work better as a bomb allegory?

do they even mention that shit in the show, even once?

beat me to it.

He's an alien from another dimension that came to invade other galaxies.

>mfw it's just a copy of The Witcher's Wild Hunt

>killing

what video game is this?

>written decades before
>copy

go back to playing your visual novel, dumb witcherfag

Probably that too, but blowing it up doesn't represent the same existential threat that the Others do. One is just a huge but localized disaster that alters landforms (and didn't even work for its intended purpose coz humans can into boats), the other is the possible end of all life as we know it. You could argue that Essos would persist, so who knows there, but they'll probably handwave that away if it ever comes up.

And I don't remember them mentioning it, someone might have said it offhand but probably not.

Isn't this the last season?

look at those skinny biceps. why doesnt he lift bros?

yes that would be the accurate verb there, unless you missed the part where they said "the army of the dead" about 20,000 times

or unless you think those babies went and got spa treatments in the zombie stonehenge

But there is a wall, the strongest obstacle

They split it into two smaller seasons, one of 7 eps, the other of 6. So technically it's the second half next year, but they're calling it season 8.

No

>mfw i kill socialists

This. The whole appeal of White Walkers was their aura of mystery., you can't possibly do them justice with an explanation. Unless the big reveal turned out to be something like , where if you go far enough North you find a gateway to another world and the White Walkers are that world's ecosystem spilling through. Even there it only works because the reveal sets up an even bigger unknown.

>pale skin
>blue eyes
>comes from colder regions
>kills people so he can raise them as whites ("wights")
>every other ruler in westeros and essos asks you to bend the knee, the night king only asks you to stand

why is he the big bad again? Jew&Jew...

White pride worldwide.

The first Witcher stories came out before A Game Of Thrones

You mean ethnically dead?

All whitewalkers lift, but it's negated by the fact there's no good source of lean protein and unsaturated fats in the Lands of Always Winter.
They're marching south for the gains.

I want him to kill characters whose story is unfolding.
GoT has always been about "no one is safe" Fuck all this plot armor

When will they learn?

> dickon

Stop global warming

he's got that tendon strength bro, just like those 5'4 160lbs chinese olympic weightlifters who can snatch over 400lbs

he'll throw a big ass ice spear at viserion with his bare hands

dick-on
dick-off

late night infomercial starring Bronn when

Tyrion, is that you?

Maybe the Huwhitewalkers build the wall to protect themselves from humans?

I do wonder how they plan to get past it. As far as we know, besides their numbers nothing much else has changed.

They haven't been able to break through it for millenia now, do they have something that can finally break it?

Fair point, but they're kinda restrained by the geography of the story. You won't see many characters hanging out past the wall to be within his range, but you can't have him make it past the wall until the very end for the showdown.

awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Horn_of_Winter

I don't think it's come up in the show tho so that would be a real mcguffin with zero setup.

Apparently the wall is going to come down, but no one knows how yet. I'm guessing if they don't bring in the horn it'll just be some like "Oh the Night King finally broke the old magic that created the wall", or they'll go with the frozen sea bay of seals theory to just subvert it entirely.

I had a dream where he spoke to Jon and he sounded exactly like Psycho Mantis.

Did they make Dorne pay for it?

To collect all the humanity.

They're going around it.

so is

it's going to have something to do with the mark the knight king made on brann, screenshot this

webm.land/media/tmp/325e1e4d-8fba-42b9-a3b3-dbb46fc24d2e.webm

gets me every time

Dany accidentally melts the wall with dragon fire

Watch the opening cinematic, There's a spoiler in there which wasn't present in previous seasons.

Bran is both Bran the builder of the wall, and the night king.

Title sequence??

Hollow earth theory confirmed, they just have to jump to reach Dorne

Why don't the ice creatures just sail around the wall?

does anyone has a link to watch or download the last episode?

Drowned god??

...

>every other ruler in westeros and essos asks you to bend the knee, the night king only asks you to stand
After murdering you and everyone you love, turning you into a mindless automaton. Damn, dude, you're right! White pride worldwide am I right my brother? xD shadilay!

...

to stop that crazy bitch daenerys from fucking everything up and save the realm

did it have to be entirely CG? he's literally standing still

fuck this show is retarded

They're gonna walk around. The water there is frozen now because muh winter.

i hate you

BJ Honeycutt or Trapper John?
Also, M*A*S*H thread?

GAS THE KIKES, RACE WAR NOW.

Well put

the water is frozen, they're going to go around. they've been waiting for it to get cold enough to freeze it completely since they can't swim

>here if you go far enough North you find a gateway to another world and the White Walkers are that world's ecosystem spilling through
Thats sounds more dumb than the Carcossa theory

What if he's actually the three eyed raven in the future who wargrd into the past and became the human who became the night king.

What if everyone is actually an extension of bran?

To conquer Azeroth

>the water is frozen, they're going to go around. they've been waiting for it to get cold enough to freeze it completely since they can't swim
Oh shit that's pretty clever.

But still won't the Night's Watch be aware of this?

hes bringing them back to life as immortal zombies perfectly adapted to an icy environment

I know some people believe this, what's the sense in this "theory"?

so why didn't they do that in the previous winters?

Crashing this wall.

they were dead the last winter according to the world

To take it easy

true, those were more one off things, and mostly ineffective.

As for Essos vulnerability, I thought that's where the whole shadow beyond asshai thing came in. More walkers or some other larger source of older evil.

if the red god is real, is the great other also real?

to be fair they walk really slow

Brann is guiding them through. Remember that they could get through the CotF barrier after touching him in the vision. For the same reason will they get through the wall.

All of this is intentional by the 3-eyed-raven btw. This is why Bran is acting like such a cold autist to his siblings, he doesn't care for them anymore.
