Can any of DC or Marvel's reality warpers or eternals reach Jojo levels of stupidity?

Can any of DC or Marvel's reality warpers or eternals reach Jojo levels of stupidity?

Probably.

Other than GER and Stairway to Heaven there's not really a lot that's too broken in jojo, at least not when compared to other series.

Jesus makes you nigh unstoppable.
And pretty much all the time Stands are OP....
Hell, even D4C causes instawins most of the time.

Absolon Mercator would probably be able to.

>implying they can beat Matter Eater Lad after he's eaten the Miracle Machine.

Time stopping is Phantom Stranger level for DC at most, nothing compared to Lucifer Morningstar with universal level influence.

Bohemian Rhapsody, Notorious B.I.G are pretty broken

So is Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap when there is no jobbing

Is there a stand that could defeat Timmy Turner on a beach with a muffin?

The magic muffin, right?

That shit is pretty busted, but some stands still beat it.

Lucifer? Really? Is this Giovanni guy the second most powerful being in existence? Can he ignite suns?

He can reset anything to zero

Well the thought robot's thing is that it will always win over evil no matter what.

Also DCAU Amazo can adapt to anything. He became a god because of it.

He's not powerful that way. He's powerful because he can prevent anything from happening.

Then cause infinite death.

>He can reset anything to zero
What does that even mean?

exacylt

Okay well let's put it this way.

Try to do something to or at him. Describe some act or state of being.

Good. Lucifer was there before anything existed so if he resets everything to zero then Lucifer is just at his most powerful. He predates the concept of Zero.

Better question:
Is there a stand that could defeat Jimmy Neutron equipped with a cheese ray?

Couldn't The Fury adapt to anything and follow you through the multiverse and shit?

>Experience Requiem's ability is to turn anything, including its opponent's attack and willpower, back to the state of "zero". Hence, it is virtually invincible, as all "supposed" actions created by an opponent would have been reset (back to point zero). It is mentioned by Giorno himself that he is unsure of the exact workings and limits of Requiem's powers, but it has been shown that its range of influence extends from finger beams, surface contact, and to even being in the mere attention of Requiem.

>If the opponent is "killed" by the Stand itself, then they will also continuously experience death, as they will die but repeatedly return to point "zero" (i.e Diavolo's endless death loops).

>This ability renders Giorno essentially and literally untouchable by anything that would try to hurt or kill him and is perhaps the absolute strongest defense in existence.

Can they even toucho the touhou?

Touch? Probably not.

Nullify? Yeah, Giorno's busted ass can do that.

Idk I feel like someone with limitless adaption ala Amazo could give him trouble.

Or it'd be a stalemate as Amazo keeps adapting and adapting as Requiem keeps reseting to zero over and over.

Nullification of Cause and Effect: Gold Experience Requiem's ability is to turn anything, including its opponent's attack and willpower, back to the state of "zero". Hence, it is virtually invincible, as all "supposed" actions created by an opponent would have been reset (back to point zero).

If the opponent is "killed" by the Stand itself, then they will also continuously experience death, as they will die but repeatedly return to point "zero".

I see your Lucifer and raise you Lucifer

Jojo powers all work on absolute principle. Not "I'm so powerful so this can't effect me", but rather "These are the rules, if you want to win then memorize them, since they effect everyone equally no matter who you are".

This is what makes Jojo powers super crazy. Whether you're Batman or Superman, you have equal chance of winning or losing.

There was a guy who had the power to summon a dimension where you're attacked by everything you've ever thrown away or lost. Batman would be haunted by his own parents there, and Superman by the untold amount of people he failed to save. There was invisible zombies, power of jesus, power of infinity +1, power to summon fictional characters come to life, power to live in an electric high rise, power to do basically any damn thing you can think of and its all bullshit. Even if a power sounds strange or shitty it can be broken as shit. Power to spin your finger nails is one of the most broken things in the series.

>What does that even mean?

Someone replied "Exactly", and that's exactly the right response to this. Its basically no limits fallacy as a power.

You decide to kill him, the action is turned to zero, you decide to go kill him as a baby, the action is zero, you decide to kill him in time that doesn't exist, the action is zero, and eventually you start to realize that you've never taken a step in the first place, all actions become zero, you are basically frozen in place forever.

Then he kills you, if you are killed by GER you can only repeat your own death forever in an infinite amount of ways, because the action is forever reset as zero, meaning a conclusion can never be reached.

No matter what power you hold, before him no power means shit, since all things become zero. You try to use your super duper reality warp... nope its zero. Giorno's stand is sentient, he was once killed outside of existing time, and it reverted back to zero.

Imagine a retcon button given form, that's GER. Its power is "That shit didn't happen", and suddenly it didn't happen.

Willpower becomes zero, meaning after a bit you can't even move, adapt, or strike back. You become frozen somewhat.

Lucifer isn't much of a reality warper without his brother Michael to sacrifice. A more interesting opponent would be The Wolf of Ragnarok, God itself, or that freaky thing living outside god's reality that sewed souls into doll lamps to enjoy their everlasting pain

Another way to put it, is that GER is the opposite of King Crimson.

GER erases the answer, so a conclusion can never be reached, and so the problem must repeat endlessly. If something doesn't reach its ending, it can only keep spiraling around

KC erases the inbetween and only keeps the answer, so that he can't be incriminated.

Someone had a pretty good image that described the Jojo final boss powers, using VCR buttons.

GER is also conceptual as hell. If a power takes a four page paper describing how the hell it works, then its probably from Jojo's.

...

Guys I'm serious I want to know if stands still work in the Pavilion Of Lanterns, outside the borders of Creation.

...

...

Probably not against Yukari, she could just make all stands not exist

And she could make cheese not exist you cheese ray mother fuckers.

He has a good chance against the weaker touhous at least, more so than most of these imaginary battles do.

>Probably not against Yukari, she could just make all stands not exist
And that action becomes Zero

Giorno was killed outside of time itself, and it was still reset to zero despite functionally not happening.

She just flips the concepts of winning and losing around there, gg

touhou

I'm pretty sure that Silver Age time period had such imagery, especially with Superman and his random yet convenient powers.

>"Well clearly this [Action] I list makes her win, right? Haha"

Becomes Zero

Any action you name that is an action, becomes zero.

You're gonna have to tell me about some of these powers.

Specifically the fingernails

Theoretically if she manipulated what an action was and meant would that cancel the power out afterwards. Or is it the kind of power that stops an action before it even happens.

>Specifically the fingernails

Protagonist of part seven. His power is just spinning his fingernails, literally. However someone convinces him to spin his nails in the formation of the golden rotation, which causes the nail to spin infinitely, and give him potentially infinite power.

He fights the President of the United States who dug up the bones of Jesus. Because Jesus has the power of [pushing all bad things away]. Therefore any attack against him, gets pushed away to the other side of the world, all bad luck gets pushed away, all things get pushed away, therefore only good things can come to him.

>Theoretically if she...
>if she...

If she does something, then that sounds like an action, which means it gets negated. If you do anything at all, then that thing becomes zero.

And the electric high rise?

Grant Morrison's Doom Patrol

Jojo sounds like the worst kids on the playground fighting

So as it happens, it's a negating thing then. Not so much some time warp or preventative sort of thing.

Alright, well I'll hand it to you, that is pretty bullshit. Zun will have to try harder next time.

The rule for that power is that someone had to live on the electric high rise thing. If someone new came along, the previous guy could leave, but one of them had to stay there no matter what. No force on Earth can allow you to leave the high rise if no one else is there. You need to convince someone else to take your place, or trick them, in order to leave.

This. Knowing Morrison Patrol, they would find a way to stop GER or MiH.

That's part of what makes it great. Abilities aren't power-levels, abilities are just rules. Memorize the rules, and you've figured out how to win.

Jojo is actually pretty fair usually. Giorno is the exception.

Also the protagonist was crippled, couldn't use his legs.

Boy2Man, GER, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, Kars

A CHEESE RAY?

Isn't that overpowered? Jimmy needs a sever handicap, or else no one else compares, there's no point.

Big Hero 6's Fredzilla is literally Jotaro Kujo's Star Platinum
It's the same fucking pose for God's sake

Crippled Axl Rose who shot himslef because Jesus Christ told him to do so

Don't forget Tusk Act 4, and Purple Haze.

>Alright, well I'll hand it to you
No you can't, it got reduced to zero.

He can create life by transforming inanimate objects into animal and plants

And then thre's Axl RO whose Stand CIVIL WAR can bring the dead back

Kek

Guy is terrified of his dad like a spoiled little kid. Fuck him.

>He can create life by transforming inanimate objects into animal and plants

You forgot the part that there's some "life is sacred" symbolism for the life he creates. So if you attack the animal or plant he creates, you receive three times the damage of your own attack. He can also heal people and stuff, by converting matter.

Stands exist along the souls of their users, Death 13 works in the Dreaming where dreams and nightmares become true, if he kills a peron on their dreams, that person dies IRL. If he heals a person on their dreams, that person is healed IRL

There are Stands that can bring back the dead (Gold Experience, Limp Bizkit, Civil War), Stands that travel thru multiple dimoensions (Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, Tusk ACT 4) and Stands that cause bad luck and misfortune (Milagro Man). Heck, thee are Stands that keep people as eternal ghosts such as Atom Heart Father. So yeah

>Stands exist along the souls of their users,

Unless the stand is self-sentient. Such as the requiem stands. SCR and GER both existed even after the user died.

Also that stand in part four, who attached to people's backs.

Also NOTORIOUS B.I.G

This is your fuck up, you try to prescribe an all in one rule for stands, when they work differently each. NOTORIOUS B.I.G only works if the user dies.

and Bohemian Rhapsody can bring fictional characters to life. Made in Heaven sped up time until the universe ended and a new one began. So many stars ignited, and died, does that count?

Maybe don't talk about what GER does before the guys that are re-translating it get there, because part 5 had the single worst translation of the bunch.

Been a while since I read part 7, but here goes.
ACT 1- Johnny can fire off his fingernails like bullets.
Act 2- He spins them, to make them hit harder
Act 3- He spins them using the golden rotation, which lets him use them to open up portal style portals.
Act 4- He becomes part of the golden rotation himself, fires a nail bullet, and it will track your ass down and kill you no matter what you do. Even multiverse hopping can't save you.

>Or that freaky thing living outside god's reality that sewed souls into doll lamps to enjoy their everlasting pain.
What?

but could they be negated there? Souls had physical form in that place, and the shiko-me or whoever it was that liked to make them into dollskin lanterns could manipulate the physics and rules of the place on every level. Includimg causing any attack on his person to be redirected on it's attacker. Causality is reveresed there.
So would GER's nullifying effect nullify itself against him? Could GER be turned into a doll itself and kept there? Would it just be a total stalemate?

Can someone from JoJo or DC actually beat Accelerator from Index? How?

you know the one past the giant wall of thorns they travelled to on the ship made of dead men's nails. The Naglfar arc

So what you're saying is "Bizarre Adventure" is seriously underselling this?

Maybe GER or King "It just Works" Crimson.

Oh yeah we still have no idea what's going on in the ongoing part where the protagonist is a fusion of the protagonist and antagonist from the forth part, which happened in a different universe that ended.

Wouldn't that turn onto zero for both at least. Like Accel can't use his powers but Giorno or Diavolo can't do shit with their stands. Also
>DC

>because part 5 had the single worst translation of the bunch.
Duwang exists although you could say it's the best translation

>He can also heal people and stuff, by converting matter.

This is when I started to hate Golden Experience.

MADARA

>No one has done a Duwang sub for the anime.

They did for Phantom Blood.

"eh i forgot"

>this fucking thread again
You seriously need to stop sucking GER dick you Sup Forumsspie

you can make your own

just grab an srt and google translate it to japanese then chinese then back to english,

Yeah base Golden Experience was already busted to the point of being uninteresting. Giorno basically had to job for conflict to exist.

Since The World Over Heaven (a reality warper) defeated both Tusk Act 4 (infinite damage, speed and chases you even after traveling between universes) and GER (Absolute negation of effect while keeping causality) I guess it's pretty obvious any reality warper can defeat the Jojo universe

Stands started to get conceptual around part four or five.

They found that perfect balance of what they needed to be in part seven.

Even the most broken sounding stand in the world, could potentially lose to the weakest. That's sort of how this system works.

He can't, it got reduced to zero.

Nah, the plot was kind of bullshit and barely made sense. Some powers effected him, some didn't, and some couldn't really clash with him at all since they couldn't figure out how they should effect each other.

They situationally said this power should work, yet Valentines power did work when they needed it to. Then it finally dies in a lame way that doesn't make sense. It was basically Part 3 wank.

Eyes of Heaven is bullshit and you know it.

Jonathan should've been the one to defeat Over Heaven Dio

Could Orqwith do it? Gold Experience Requiem resets everything to zero, but the paradox of Orqwith is that it ~has~ no zero.

it was part 3 wank approved by Araki whether someone likes it or not

Yeah, the reasoning for The World Over Heaven not being able to affect Jotaro was bullshit, but it makes sense

The World Over Heaven rewrites reality. Even if Tusk and GER can act outside of the laws of physics and metaphysics, they're still bounded by reality itself.

The World Over Heaven was also multiversal

It dose, but do you want to know the difference? Duwang was translated by a guy that had a poor grasp of English.

Part 5 was translated by people that had a poor grasp of Japanese.

Could the Flash, at his absolute most powerful state, defeat the gay priest?

Tusk is multiversal

You know what else was approved by Araki? This.

...
