It's so bad. I want to study a new degree but I'll have to choose carefully because I have no reason to believe anything good careerwise will come out of it. I'm not even that lazy but I feel like I have to adopt a slacker personality that'll fit with having a shit career.

when they become unemployed and see it firsthand

I just went 120 days without a job, starting some shitty one on monday, but I'm relieved to have something again, and the search will continue until I find one that isn't godawful

But there are, people are just spoiled and don't wanna be things like construction workers.

This is why we need to import 5 million non English speaking illiterates every year

>have to compete among thousands just for a fucking shit tier barista job

JUST

>choose carefully

As if choosing carefully will make any difference when every job out there gets 20 applicants per job at the very minimum

Agencies. I have a degree and postgrad qualification and have never had a contract. All I do is day-to-day temp work.

Letting more immigrants in will surely fix it.

>What will people do when they realize that there are not enough jobs for even the majority of people?

Bring in another million migrants.

Import refugees.

Why would I want to spend my days around illegal immigrants?

Chances are, unless you get a doctorate you're gonna have a shit/mildly shit career anyway.

Too many weebs and betas thinking "Bachelors degree = 6 figure salary straight out of uni"

Nope, you get out what you put in. Bachelors are the new Cert IV.

>Why would I want to spend my days around illegal immigrants?

ENRICHMENT.

>falling for masters or phd jew

yes goyim just go back to university and take out even more loans, I am sure you will get a "good" job after hehe good goy

If you can't find a job then make one.

Use your skills to your advantage - teach a musical instrument, give tennis lessons, cook some biscuits or make some handicrafts to sell at a market, import or export products somewhere overseas.

All of these things take a certain amount of persistence and self confidence, something sorely missing in the younger people of today.

I'm at 2 1/2 years.

I mean I do things like going to thrift stores and garage sales to resell stuff on ebay and fixing friends cars for half price of mechanics but I still dont make enough.

My unemployment gap holds me back and when I tell them I have been making money doing these things but are looking for a more permanent guaranteed paycheck they act like I've done nothing because they don't have a reference to call to prove it.

I get grouped in with neets and I think employers are scared to hire them.

>What will people

Vote independence

Just move to some third world shitworld and live a comfy NEET life for 300 dollars a month.

get welfare

Here in Philadelphia I run a Ritas Water Ice, we sell Water Ice and Custard products primarily with some side products like hot dogs and pretzels.

I get 10,000 submissions every year we open since were seasonal for employment. First ones that go in the garbage I learned are all college graduates. No offense to college grads, but they come in, start telling other people what to do and do less work. They even tell managers what to do who may be 19-23 and their older but that person may have been working since they were 14 and it causes nothing but problems. They tend to also do way less work and at times will refuse to do things like maintain sanitation standards in the bathroom or carry the tubs of water ice from the walk in to the front freezers.

Best people I hire are often the ones who want a job the most because they need it not because they just want some money if that makes sense?

I didn't attend Uni, I earn more then literally all my mates who did do. On a bad fortnight I will pull in maybe 2.5k, good fortnight it'll be around 4-4.5k.

My auntie and her husband went through and got their doctorates. They both live in Switzerland and work at BMW in Dielsdorf designing electrical components. They are raking in the $$. Like, a lot.

I agree with you, I'm just saying, if you're gonna take out loans. You might as well go for your best shot at a career that can pay them back without fucking your life up.

dude that's brutal, you have my sympathies

I almost think you should start lying on your resume and putting some place that closed last month as your last workplace, how would they be able to confirm or deny it?

In your case, lying may be helpful

I ended up working at some $9/hour call center doing customer service and collections for paypal

And this is why soon you'll be the illegal.

t. male escort

Any Indiana Employers here?

Please hire me ;_;

joke is the same people want mass immigration

Why does that mug have two fucking handles on it. Owww my heavy bowling ball cappuccino. Capitalism blows. We're all fucked. Nobody will have a house. We'll be eating cat food. TV shows show military type retardation. Oh well. Socialism was only for bankers. Muh faggots. Muh hitler. Muh white people. Muh greater israel. Muh pedophilia. Muh global currency. Muh wars. Muh refugees. Muh false flags. Muh brownies. Muh liberals. Muh degenerates. Muh aipac. Muh bernie.

Fucking this. Own a small business, or just learn C++

Nah, construction. $42 hourly rate for a 72hr work fortnight on a hospital raked me in $3276. That's the best I can find on a tax invoice atm.

>muh C++

Good luck on that when you have thousands of chinks and pajeets learning that since primary school

see
Swedish caliphate is right. Rajmahndi & Suk Yoo Wong have that market cornered

There are jobs. But there is nobody qualified to fill them.

Nobody is going to hire some is jackass from the street without the proper education or experience.

what jobs are these user?

>entry level position
>require 5 years of experience
>no training is provided

Jee I wonder why nobody is qualified to fill them

>Basic Call Center Jobs require unironic years of experience to get hired
>Walmart doesn't hire for anything other than Temp if you do not have a college education or spend 3 months as a Temp making borderline illegal wages

y-yea its those stupid people ruining everything

that shit triggers me to no end. I went off on an HR rep once.

Find your niche, and work on it

Guess you're right, I forget that Poos get paid so little that it's unlivable anywhere else payscale.com/research/IN/Job=C++_Developer/Salary

You know thats not a half bad idea.

I was raised to be honest but I'm gonna have to do what I gotta do thanks.

Why won't Sup Forums let me post?

>tfw have many friends on the local high street and could have any job I want instantly.

What are you talking about son? You'll never find a job with that attitude! Dress sharp, walk in there and shake the manager's hand. You'll probably get the job on the spot!

>what is on the job training
but who needs that when you have h-1b

You have to make connections.

Through connections I've been able to bounce between jobs like its nobodies business. Even if you're college educated and have experience you shouldn't be surprised to find out that people who don't know you won't give a fuck about you. They will always give jobs to names they recognize. If you're a faggy loser with no friends and a shitty personality then you have 2 options:

1. Ask to speak with the manager directly when you apply, build a rapport and try to be memorable.

2. Kill yourself.

It's only going to get worse. We unreliable fleshy meatbags with our lack of experience and propensity for illness are only going to have an even harder time getting into the workforce when all the entry-level jobs become automated. We've already got robot restaurants and AI writing news articles. As the cost of technology get lower and lower, more and more people are going to find themselves out of work.

The fears the common man had during the industrial revolution look trite compared to what we'll have to deal with.

>Implying that is how you get jobs

I just say I do contract work under NDA for clients involving web design. I list distant family with different last names and high school friends as contacts and we all just pretend we work with each other at various jobs. Only time this DOESN'T work is when you are trying to apply for something related to web design or programming.

Import more immigrants, of course.

Why does everyone assume C or C++ is the be all end all of programming languages? More important than learning languages is understanding the concepts behind them, e.g. a software engineers will probably know a lot of languages and be able to apply them effectively through design patterns, but won't truly understand the lower level workings, whereas a computer scientist places less emphasis on knowing language x but rather understanding how it all works and being able to come up with novel concepts and solutions.

tl;dr saying "learn C++" is shit advice because at the end of the day you'll know 1 language and probably won't understand anything about how programming languages actually work. Learn CS or SE as a whole.

Im going back to pickup a math degree, then ill re network from there, if that fails, im going to south Dakota to work the oil fields, get a house and become a hermit. fuck this gay earth.

It's not like all the streets are fixed, all the people in the world aren't hungry, everyone in america has an iPhone 7, every house in the world is painted, and etc.

There's no shortage of jobs ever, it's just become too difficult to OPEN A BUSINESS anywhere but china or etc just because of draconian regulations.

>not minning bitcoins
>not doing ilegal shit specially when the prices re skyrocketing when the gov wants to make shit more illegal

>web designer
>lecturing on getting a real job

Lel

Move to Grand Rapids,MI, unemployment is at ~2.3%

>bothered to learn front and a bit of back end web design
>millennials can code for fucking shit (I mean quickly putting out something that works) and suck at actually dealing with clients
>boomers might as well not bother touching a pc

you just have to find the jobs no one either knows how to do or wants to do, the web design job situation is weird though - when you restrict yourself to online prospects and freelancing it's going to be a competition but the moment you take a walk around your local city/area, put out some posters that you do free-lance work and eventually get some IRL contacts it's easy fucking money ESPECIALLY if you're in a big city

social media managment/marketing too is pretty in demand for smaller business and that line work is just a fat fucking joke (you can pick up everything you need to know from 2-3 books and a few online resources, it's probably finding an possible jobs that's tricky)

cities that are in dire need of infrastructure have really really shit planning for the stuff
see Miami, some places they've been building for years when they could have been finished in a couple months
places that could have been finished in a month are still being built
and i can assure you, its not an issue with workers

CGP Grey supports the kike agenda. He is pro immortality and says "death" is not normal in one of his videos.

Now goyim can work forever!

>...

>More important than learning languages is understanding the concepts behind them

That's a good attitude to become a good programmer, but a bad attitude to get a good job as a programmer.

I have literally no clue how to do it. At all. Did you just not read my post? I say I do it under NDA so I can't speak about it beyond I had the job at one point. Its EZ Job Exp that cannot be "traced" to a lie.

Use school as an opportunity to build connections. Uni professors are good people to get to know and try to branch off of.

Math is a good route though since most people are too stupid for it.

Is it the governments or the markets job to create jobs? Or both?

...

Dam Son,I looked into franchising a Rita's in Pittsburgh, you needed a ridiculous amount of liquid assets, about $200k. How'd you get that running?

Head to the seas. Get a maritime education and work on boats. It's what I did, now I've got great job security and earn over 100k burgerdollars every year.

So? Is what he says in the video discredited because of your opinion of him?

He outlines automation as a bad thing, the video is hardly promoting it.

I absolutely detest jobs adverts for "X ninjas" or "X gurus" or "X heroes". Who the fuck is behind that.

>Oakland
>Working
My sides

seems like illegals are REALLY taking their jobs...

Same deal as baristas I guess. It sounds better than "the guy who fill your cup with coffee".

Subway is responsible

It's impossible to "learn C++" anyway. I doubt even Bjarne and the committee truly know the ins and outs of C++.

Unemployment uprising when?

It's hipster shite from the nu-programmer crowd.

>be dealer in a big name casino in las vegas
>Get in before all the white people leave management and its just asians
>There are already automated versions of the games we deal but people tend to want a real person to play with so its job security

Wew lad. I was this close to being fucked. At least I have something, all my money is being saved for the future because I don't know whats going to happen or how bad it might all get.

All I know is I may be one of the last middle class. What a wild ride this world is.

Learning webdev is better for shot-term profit as you can start signing small contracts and moving up as you have projects you can reference in your portfolio.

I think it's harder to get a full-time job in software development without having a degree though. You would need a lot of experience for them to consider you, and even if you know C++ or Java they would still want you to know higher level concepts such as Big O notation, so you need to know how to make programs efficient, not simply work.

Well if the government introduces basic income there might not be an uprising after all...

Glad im an expert in a small but important field. I am literally unfireable. The company would go under. I get paid extraordinarily well for the little I do.

Feels good to not be a fuckup like so many of my peers.

Come on, you can't say this without telling us what you do.

Not a problem in the comfyside, 30k maintaining industrial fridges for dairy... No traffic, play 3DS, first job, things never break, have to pump milk into trucks sometimes, have to move milk from trucks into fridge. I do other stuff too but thats pretty much it, honestly guys just move to the country.

>Just become a programmer!

Wish people would stop this meme.

If someone needs to be told to ~just become a programmer~ (COMPUTER PROGRAMMING? HUH, NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT! THANKS user!), chances are they will never be successful in programming. It needs to be their hobby first. They need to be spergy enough to have picked up programming ON THEIR OWN.

The only people I know who are successful in programming are the kind of people who were dipping their toes into it during their teen years because their personalities and interest led them there naturally.

And you wouldn't even be competing against people like that, either. Don't forget Sanjeev and Deeban over there.

>what are people doing who can't find work?
>there are too many people

>What will people do when they realize that there are not enough jobs for even the majority of people?
Maybe if top jew Rothschild spread his money around a little more we'd have more people requiring services and therefore more jobs.

But no, he hoards it.

>spend 3 years in Whitby, Ontario, Canada
>apply for dozens of part time jobs over a long time span
>barely even got a interview except for one, never got the job
>movie theater even had a job fair, 300+ showed up and they gave jobs only to 8
>move to oregon
>apply to like 4 jobs, get interviews for all four and was offered the job for each one

This

He's a plumber at refugee welcome centers currently under construction

Meanwhile in Indiana:

>job opens up at Tyson meat plant
>it pays 15$/hr
>literally just a store room clerk
>apply
>get it
>new boss tells me over 500 people applied, and I was the only one with a high school diploma

Honestly about 85% of applicants are just people filling their unemployment job app quota or some shit, they either don't actually want the job or are too lazy to show up to an interview.

You know those manufacturing presses that stamp out hundres of small little metal objects each hour? My company hundreds of contract to maintain them. We are a hundreds of million dollar company but only 50 ish employees.

We got lots of machines running in china and pooinloo so I get to travel a lot and tell stinking small dicked indians what to do.

That's the issue though.

When you used to go cert IV the jobs were there.

But they aren't for the bachelors. The companies just don't put up new positions. The people controlling finance departments just don't want to take risks anymore.
Nobody wants to take risks anymore.

We've become a risk averse society.
Because risks are punished with financial impedance.

In the past you had that legroom - not anymore and that's probably thinks to the accuracy of reporting within companies today. Everything's covered. You can't breathe without it showing up on the CEO's reports.

>contributing to globalism

famb....

Profiteering from globalism like your fathers before you.

Have fun applying for a shitty barista job without mandatory 20 years experience.

To mug them, idiot.

So you're pretty much the man behind How It's Made

>The migrants will do the jobs that don't exist.

>AI writing news articles.
This is a huge issue.

AI's don't seem to have any connection to the things they write.
There's no pain/shame feedback.
There's no interest.

It just types words related to other words depending on which ones get the most views.

>lack of biased propaganda is bad

When I read the news, I want the news, not a lecture about "muh innocent youths getting they life on track".

>get offer for $14/hr construction job in a county with literally nojobs

>don't know if I want to take it because I've never done a day's physical labor in my life

>2 yrs scooping experience.

And that doesn't look like a joke either.
What the fuck is wrong with managers? They're so fucking lazy. They can't spend 5 mins showing them how to scoop. It's not fucking rocket science.

Fucking christ.

If you're desperate, take it. If they offered it in person it means they are willing to work with your scrawny ass.

Invest in steel toe boots, thick Kevlar work gloves, and some overalls.

So... just what traditional media is doing at the moment? The quality of news papers went to absolute shit, at least the ones that are available online. Unless they're written by AI already and I am being fooled. But the author was always given as a human.

>scrawny

Mate I struggle to breathe walking up stairs and I'm not a smoker.

You know that dude who played WoW on South Park? That's me, except Sup Forums is my WoW.

immigrants create jobs you moron
compare jobs in the US from 100 years ago to now... its not close
more immigration creates more job opportunities for everyone

Go back to fucking school and actually learn shit?
That or chimpout and be slaughtered by high-power law-enforcement artillery.

Oh only if you're white btw.
The nignogs will chimpout and the kikes will let them rampage freely.
