If there's no Doom Patrol #1 lettered preview to be found until midnight EST, then this thread is good to die.

Lettered preview of Shade #1 is out.

I ordered two of these. One to take the sticker off, one to keep it on 5ever.

their plan worked

I'm interested to see how this goes since she's supposed to be in the body of a bully now.

>-Rac Shade
based

Ask, and you shall receive.

And that's the last of the preview.

I like Shade better.

So, is the Gyro gonna turn him into a zombie?

Is this lines hallmark going to be that every series opens with someone in the hospital

Really liking everything I'm seeing so far.

>3 Wolves 1 Moon on that PC

Good eye. Better than mine at least.

Go my son and zap to the extreme!

Probably better than the time his cousin was in a serial killer's body

>yfw it's the same hospital

All we need is a Claire Temple cameo. Who's the DC-equivalent of the Night Nurse?

bump

Okay, so this is obviously referring to Cliff's backstory, but... what?

What sticker

Well, the Grandma Nuke thing makes me thing it might be something to do with Neg-Man and maybe that's supposed to be Rita on the bottom right?

Is this the regular cover?

Ah, but being in a school bully means you're gonna have to interact with people and most will have something out for you. At least with Rac, he was able to run away for the most part.

The gyro is a sticker you can peel off from the cover of the first issue. There's a secret picture under it.

Well that's about the stupidest shit I've ever heard

a gyro sticker on the cover

It's a shameless gimmick but it kinnda fits with the book's tone. Of course it might be not for you, if you like your superhero comic books super serious.

What are you guys lokking forward too most? For me the order goes
>Cave Carson
>Doom Patrol
>Shade
>Mother Panic

switch doom and cave and thats mine. hell maybe shade in second, that art looked good.

It's a refrance

Yeah. The more traditional covers are all variants weird enough.

I'm going to be disappointed if it's not a penis.
...I'm betting it'll be an eyeball or something

>Doom
>Shade
>Cave
>Mother Panic

I love Tommy Lee Edward's art, but not sure about the writer? (heard mediocre stuff about Faith)
Cave is low for me just because Oeming is a decent artist, but when hes working on multiple things at once he can get sloppy/lazy.

1.Doom Patrol
2.The Superpowers back-ups in Cave
3.Mother Panic
4.Cave Carson
5.Shade (That said I'm still looking forward to it)

>that face
WHY. I loved Duncan's work on Hellboy but Shade just looks like a granny here

>revival bump

Dude, that was like three fourths of a gyro right there.
I don't care if it was evil, that's a lot of food you're throwing out.

What if under the sticker is Ultra Comics

Then we're fucked.

Shade and Super Powers can't come fast enough

>Who's the DC-equivalent of the Night Nurse?

Lady Cop?

Oeming's working on multiple things?

That girl is cute!

So we can all agree that Grant Morrison and Gerard Way are basically SJW

WHEN THE FUCK DO ALL THE YOUNG ANIMAL TITLES DROP I CAN'T WAIT ANYMORE

Doom Patrol is on the 14th, Shade and Cave Carson are next month, Mother Panic in November.

thanks

Doom Patrol #1: Sep 14 (next Wednesday)
--
Shade the Changing Girl #1: Oct 5
Doom Patrol #2: Oct 12
Cave Carson Has a Cybernetic Eye #1: Oct 19
--
Shade the Changing Girl #2: Nov 2
Doom Patrol #3: Nov 9
Mother Panic #1: Nov 9
Cave Carson Has a Cybernetic Eye #2: Nov 16

So, Shade on first Wednesdays; Doom Patrol and Mother Panic on second Wednesdays; and Cave Carson on third Wednesdays; all assuming no delays.

Cave Carson.
Powers (and I think hes still doing United States of Murder INC with Bendis as well, though haven't heard about them in a long time actually...)
Hes got some hand in Mouseguard.
and hes usually working on at least one or two things of his own at any given time.

If you ever had any doubt that Grant's a liberal you haven't read his work.

>The Superpowers back-ups in Cave
Oh, shit, the Tom Scioli ones? I keep forgetting about those. Okay, Cave's at the top of my list now.

Good previews, loving them both. So hyped for Wednesday. I might even take the dark path and buy some of the variants.

This has probably been posted in an earlier YA thread, but:

Major takeaways:
* What Doom Patrol #1 (standard cover) will look like physically (w/ sticker)
* Shade will have a preview in the book
* If I'm reading this right, Doom Patrol will have an editorial page???
