weather still normal here
have we been memed?
The status orange warning starts at 3 pm, apparently.
>have we been memed?
Yes. Chilly but not cold where I am and the sun is beaming down. RTÉ have fooled us once again.
Just saw a snowflake falling, lads. It begins.
>RTÉ news feeding into the mass hysteria by making a huge deal over a bit of snow
Just don't want to have to get the train into Dublin tomorrow desu
>going to Dublin in the first place
>literally the nicest day of the past few weeks outside right now
Why do RTÉ (and Met Éireann) continue to give me new reasons to distrust them?
First for remembering how bad your first posts here were
Stop talking about the fugging weather and how it's all a meme.
Your posts seemed much more innocent just over a year ago. What has /éire/ done to you, Lux?
If I don't see a foot of snow outside by 6pm this evening, I'm calling the Gardaí.
More what I have been doing to myself, how far I have come,I need to go back to my old morally questionable self
From now on you shall call me Luxembro again and I shall try and correct everyone's lifestyles so that they live like I would, instead of leaving people at peace
>live like I would
That doesn't sound too good...
>I'm calling the Gardaí
Surely Joe Duffy is the first port of call?
>More what I have been doing to myself
Such as?
>I need to go back to my old morally questionable self
I'd consider you to be more morally questionable now than you were back then.
>you shall call me Luxembro again
I fought a hard fight to try and make that catch on, but ultimately I failed.
>I shall try and correct everyone's lifestyles so that they live like I would, instead of leaving people at peace
Was that not AA's job?
>Surely Joe Duffy is the first port of call?
I'm not a Dub.
>I'm not a Dub
Or an older lady with an English/West British-like accent presumably.
>I'd consider you to be more morally questionable now than you were back then.
I'm just more honest now than I used to be,I used to talk to you like I would with normal strangers on the street, not will fellow /éire/ishmen
>I fought a hard fight to try and make that catch on, but ultimately I failed.
Appreciate it,but it is a bit of a pain to write
I mean "Poi","Prinz","Froggy" all have 6 letters max
>Such as?
I have been lead astray from my good Chrisitan values,I should go on and be a hypocrite again, talking about how bad masturbation is etc
>Was that not AA's job?
Is he still around?
Did you like one-year-ago /éire/ better?
>That doesn't sound too good...
I should specify, like I used to lie about living pure etc
>I mean "Poi","Prinz","Froggy" all have 6 letters max
To be fair, "Froggy" took about 6 months if not more to catch on.
>Is he still around?
I haven't seen him in about a month.
>Did you like one-year-ago /éire/ better?
Personally I don't think there was much of a difference. Any variance in my posting seemed to stem more from how different /éire/ was back then rather than any personal change.
>like I used to lie about living pure etc
I think this is why I was more shocked than newer arrivals to /éire/ when you began to reveal your normie lifestyle.
>slagposting
Well there's something I certainly don't miss.
>something I certainly don't miss.
Wonder where Swissyank is now
>you began to reveal your normie lifestyle.
Not much to reveal desu
>To be fair, "Froggy" took about 6 months if not more to catch on.
There was never any ill intent behind calling you "Frogweeb",at least by me
> Any variance in my posting seemed to stem more from how different /éire/ was back then rather than any personal change.
Would you say that /éire/ has influenced you?
>There was never any ill intent behind calling you "Frogweeb",at least by me
I never perceived there to be any ill-intent behind it. It's not like it was an inaccurate descriptor.
>Would you say that /éire/ has influenced you?
I don't think so, but who knows?
About to head out for a walk as it's such a nice sunny day. Shall inform you all if I get snowed.
explain this
I don't know who most of these faggots are but Seth Macfarlane, Bill Clinton and Stephen Colbert aren't Irish, fuck off.
yes, nothing to see here
>want to talk to the only acquaintance I had in secondary school whose phone number I still have
>start typing out a huge message to her asking if she'd like to hang out
>get really nervous and delete it all
>want to make a fb account to talk to old acquaintances again
>hate every photograph I take of myself even though I look good in real life
>don't even know what I'd say to them if I did contact them online
>get really nervous and delete it all
I get nervous too when I text people I haven't talked to in a week,it's normal, even more so if it has been years like in your case
What were you planning on doing with her?
>hate every photograph I take of myself even though I look good in real life
Just take a pic from afar with you standing somewhere or doing something,close-ups don't look that good anyway
>What were you planning on doing with her?
Probably not anything intimate like you might be thinking, she had a boyfriend she seemed quite committed to the last time I saw her.
>Just take a pic from afar with you standing somewhere or doing something
I suppose I might try that, thanks for the advice Lux
>she had a boyfriend
Shouldn't be stopping you if you can live with the constant regrets afterwards and you can't stop but feel sad for him everytime you meet
>I suppose I might try that, thanks for the advice Lux
Anything in mind?
You leaning over a car with a bit of oil on your hands, you shaking hands with important politicians, you just sitting there looking happy?
Well I just tried setting up my phone on a timer for a candid photo of myself playing the guitar. I looked even worse in it than I do in regular photos. Probably due to the angle, I'll try to get the camera a bit higher up next time.
>I look good in real life
Bit vain.
how's the weather for you all?
Nice and white for me, though it seems to be just about stopping for the moment.
Don't give up
But what message are you trying to convey with your guitar?
No snow as of yet. Not even that cold, although there is significant wind chill when the wind blows.
Bought some soy milk to see what the fuss is about.

Not sure if I approve of this image or not.
Wasn't that last night?
>Not sure if I approve of this image or not
Can't beat the original, but it's nice to see the other options that are available.
>Wasn't that last night
Yes but I'm only watching it now. Did you see it or just saw an ad for it after Crimeshites?
>Can't beat the original, but it's nice to see the other options that are available.
It's moreso that I love the blonde on brown, but I'm not sure if it suits 02.
>Did you see it or just saw an ad for it after Crimeshites?
I'll have you know that the ad was BEFORE Crimeshites.
>I love the blonde on brown
Is that blonde? I would've considered it more white/grey or is it platinum blonde?
>the ad was BEFORE Crimeshites
That's understandable. Wouldn't be much point in having ads after Crimeshites as everyone would be asleep as a result of boredom.
Cheese in a crisp sandwich, yay or nay? I'm trying to figure out whether it would improve the experience or ruin it.
>I would've considered it more white/grey or is it platinum blonde?
It's definitely not grey - Gangut would be an example of a character with grey/silver hair. It looks like platinum blonde bordering on white to me.
In my experience, cream-tinged white-ish ahir usually either indicates platinum blonde (or occasionally actual white hair). For example, Musashi's hair colour is described as "pale blonde" (although I have seen it described as "light brown" before, which doesn't make much sense to me).
*hair
Am I supposed to be seeing something here?
Oh fuck, RTÉ has gone offline. Dublin must have been destroyed by the beast.
You're welcome.
>falling for the anglojew trickery
Might watch a movie.
>Musashi's hair colour is described as "pale blonde"
There's quite a difference between the colours in and , the latter being a lot less traditionally blonde.
>cream-tinged white-ish ahir usually either indicates platinum blonde (or occasionally actual white hair)
You seem to be a bit reluctant to label things as not being blonde. Are you perhaps some sort of blonde elitist (though in this case elitist means everything is blonde)?
>Am I supposed to be seeing something here
Probably, yes.
>Cheese in a crisp sandwich, yay or nay?
Not a big fan of cheese in sandwiches, so I'd say nay.
Nothing to see here sassanach.
And when the hourglass has run out, the hourglass of temporality, when the noise of secular life has grown silent and its restless or ineffectual activism has come to an end, when everything around you is still, as it is in eternity, then eternity asks you and every individual in these millions and millions about only one thing: whether you have lived in despair or not.
reckon the irish posters from /brit/ could batter you lot with ease
Morning.
>thinking west brit shitposters stand a chance against true Gael animeposters
/eire/ more like /dire/
sort it out lads
>implying any anime nonce has thrown a dig in his life
>the latter being a lot less traditionally blonde.
That's a very low saturation image. Her official art is pretty clear cut on the issue.
>Not a big fan of cheese in sandwiches
Still not entirely convinced that you like any food at all.
>thrown a dig
>getting into unnecessary fights
Very British behaviour
>irish posters from /brit/
They can't be very Irish in the first place if they are posting in /brit/.
Most food is terrible in fairness.
>You seem to be a bit reluctant to label things as not being blonde
Only when they are clearly are blonde.
Incidentally, Musashi Kai Ni seems to have crossed the line into white hair.
the easter rising was an unnecessary fight
they must be with the amount of IRA autism they post
but at the end of the day they realise we're culturally similar and hate you nonces
>Her official art is pretty clear cut on the issue
Well aware, was just commenting on how one of them doesn't necessarily look blonde, but I guess it depends somewhat on ones interpretation.
>Still not entirely convinced that you like any food at all
You got me, I only truly enjoy liquids of the natural variety.
>Musashi Kai Ni seems to have crossed the line into white hair
She has evolved from a mere primitive to a dignified sentient being. Now only one more evolution is needed until she reaches sainthood (dark hair).
>the easter rising was an unnecessary fight
Our independence suggests otherwise.
>but at the end of the day they realise we're culturally similar and hate you nonces
>brits turning west brits against Irish people
Perfidious Albion strikes again.
>Now only one more evolution is needed until she reaches sainthood (dark hair).
But that's what Nagato is for.

the best thing about brexit is speeding up the process
>The Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) has made clear if the Irish Sea became a de facto trade border, it would withdraw its support for the Conservative government.
>The party's Sir Jeffrey Donaldson tweeted: "This fundamentally breaches the understanding reached in December and would undermine the constitutional status of NI in the Belfast Agreement.
>"If the EU or Dublin believes the UK government will be signing up to a border in the Irish Sea, they are deluded. Taoiseach knows that."
>Speaking on the Daily Politics Show earlier, DUP MP Sammy Wilson said that on the basis of what has been leaked or discussed so far, the withdrawal's legal text would be "unacceptable to the DUP and probably unacceptable to the British government".
Why won't they let people have nice things?
>>"If the EU or Dublin believes the UK government will be signing up to a border in the Irish Sea, they are deluded. Taoiseach knows that."
AHA HA HA HA
The absolute delusion coming from Stormont. It's London's opinion they should be worrying about!
>advertizzments
Fuck sake Micheál Martin.
We're sort of hoping that the hardline Unionists will fuck off back to the UK after reunification.
>DUP MP Sammy Wilson said that on the basis of what has been leaked or discussed so far, the withdrawal's legal text would be "unacceptable to the DUP and probably unacceptable to the British government".
Not only is Sammy Wilson an idiot, but he's a very annoying idiot.
Yeah, that annoyed me too. It seems to be a Cork thing, but even among Cork people it's rare in my experience. Very strange.
I have never seen a house on Home of the Year that I think looks good, much less one I'd like to live in.
>Not only is Sammy Wilson an idiot, but he's a very annoying idiot.
Is he still important nowadays or did everyone just forget about him?
Do you lot even post here or do you only do it when you find an anime image in your anime folder that tickles your willies?

Which is worse: an Irish person posting in /r/ireland or an Irish person posting in /brit/?
Trick question. No one who posts in /brit/ is Irish.
...
Trick question. The cabal of 30-something weebs who avatarfag in the Ireland thread.
Back to /brit/ with you. Your fellow countrymen are calling.
My countrymen died in 1916. They call to every man with Irish blood in his veins, but you lot cannot hear them over the din of "OHAIU GOZAIMASU PENIS-SAMA GAIJIN UWU" or whatever it is you anime wankers love to hear.
And you can't hear them because you're a West Brit.
Finally got around to watching Kimi no Na wa.
I enjoyed it.
How bad are everyone's weekday schedules here? I wake up at 7, work 9 - 5, get home at 6 and then go to bed around 11 or a bit after. I don't think this lifestyle is natural
Joseph Plunkett appeared to me on the road to Loughrea in the form of a lampost and told me to persecute animefags.
>Which is worse
Which do you think is worse? The answer is rather obvious to me.
>don't think this lifestyle is natural
Sounds pretty normal to me, I think?
>EU proposing to basically economically annex NI for us
One must wonder why they actually seem to care about us and NI so much, I wonder...
...
>How bad are everyone's weekday schedules here?
Wake up at 7:30, work at 9:00, home around 18:00, bed around 02:00.
