It's to incentivize subscription to the channel that few people have, kinda like how Netflix isn't letting Bojack Horseman go anywhere. Now, why they refuse to advertise Bunnicula or air it at a decent time, I don't know. All I know is that Bunnicula's copyright isn't at risk of being lost by CN anytime soon.
