Allowing in a slow flow of immigrants to integrate is fine, but is not a long term solution. Eventually world population will go into decline, making the immigration "solution" an impossibility. Even worse, unchecked immigration destroys the very culture which allows for the creation of wealth as you allow in people who do not understand or appreciate it.
