Any kinosseurs here?

I want a film that has a cold, melancholic feel to it. preferably not depressing, but beautiful in a sad way

He said a film.

second that

That movie is notable for being quotable.

The Road is post apocalyptic bullshit.
I'm gonna go with What Dreams May Come. I don't find it sad per se, it has nice imagery in a childlike innocence way and it's pretty dark at times.
The cold melancholic feel isn't what is presented on the screen, but what is yearned for by the protagonist and his goal and being able to relate to it.
