There are actually quite a few British obelisks, most of them are just giant stone poles though, very little decoration or inscription. Pic related is called Cleopatra's Needle, an Egyptian obelisk that was moved to London during the 19th century. Despite its name, it has nothing to do with Cleopatra. It is identical to one in New York that goes by the same name.
