I have the season 6 blu ray. There's is absolutely an alternate version of the finale. It also leaked online a week or so before the blu ray even released.
AMC jewed all the videos of it on youtube. I was never able to find a torrent for it. But because I really want to you see this, I'll upload the uncensored episode to mega for you.
