It's worth reading into what the EU's doing. On the EU page there are a lot of publications, some of which contain very bold statements and plans (ESM - European safety mechanism) that could raise eyebrows. They're pretty transparent about it since the average person doesn't seem to expect much crazy shit from them, apart from being useless and overpaid. Their censorship (under the guise of fighting hate speech) is another prime example that they're actively working against the people of Europe.
If we want to get rid of the EU and their planned invasion on Europe, it would be good to start with blowing stuff like this up. Reading up on the pan-european movement helps too.

My brother had an EU internship for a year or two (this was about 5 years ago). Started off normal and got steadily more indoctrinated as it went by. We talked about stuff like Brexit and the collapse of the EU; he genuinely believed this was impossible and there was no going back. He thought I didn't understand the reality of the EU and the level of commitment to it in Europe (he was confusing Brussels with Europe). He would give me EU propaganda books as presents.
Towards the end he was desperately trying to find a new EU job so he could stay on the gravy train. The pay and perks they get are simply astonishing. One thing I didn't appreciate was that a job in the EU is the pinnacle of aspiration for lots of EU youth, there is MASSIVE competition for them. We don't understand this in the UK because we have always been more detached. But for, say, an Italian youth, it's way better than any job they could get in Italy.
