After watching it's not really much of a parody actually.
It looks like pretty much the only things that are the same between the two of them are the music and the fact that it's a curb-stomp battle where people get stabbed and impaled. The family guy one didn't even have a gun, which was a main feature of the Kingsman fight.
I mean I get why they didn't have a gun, but even excluding that, the two fights aren't really that similar that I'd automatically draw parallels even if
I watched them within days of each other rather than months.
