This is pic from 2002 floodings, which stroke Prague and southern Bohemia the most. It was the worst flooding in Prague since 1857. 17 people died, almost 250 000 people were evacuated.

But the biggest tragedy I can think of were 1997 floods in east of Czech Republic and Poland, there were 49 dead people and other 60 or 70 in Poland, one village called Troubky was almost completely destroyed, 150 houses had completely fallen down, 9 people died.
