Similarly, there are laws intending to keep illegal immigrants from receiving many of the same benefits which legal residents can receive, but they manage to acquire benefits anyway.
I know this might be very difficult for you to comprehend, that someone who ignored laws to come here also ignores laws relating to welfare benefits, but this is reality.
