>theguardian.com
well you wrote it awfully, not his fault
YES but isnt it weird that almost the same number of people live in the 3-15 biggest cities?
no. In America over 1 million live in the top 10 largest cities
that's because we're so antisemitic you dumb danejew
Even remote Siberian cities are larger than most European capitals
ITS NOT ABOUT HOW BIG THEY ARE ITS ABOUT THAT ALMOST THE EXACT NUMBER OF PEOPLE LIVE THERE !!!!!!!
Coincidence
Why?
>1600000 and 1000000 are the exact same number
because theyn have a beautiful country. :D
Because it implies the numbers are essentially made up by the government.
IDK, maybe there is/was some kind of urban planning rule in Russia which discourages citys from growing larger than a millon people so population is more evenly distributed?
This is what i thought
probably because
a) some soviet program that settled people from the west towards the east in selected cities
b) mass migration from rural communities into the nearest city
c) russia is a large country both population and area wise
It's probably a conincidence, the US also has a number of cities with a similar population
Urban planning and Soviet population work distribution
Russia = Slavic USA
