Nah you order based on your size, it has a velcro strap at the base which so its kinda secured to your shaft. I find the inner fabric grips to my glans anyway, I've not had a problem with them coming off at all.

One thing to note, having more "pink" skin on your dick after circumcision is a good thing.

There are two cut types. Low and high, low cuts the foreskin closer to the glands high cuts further away, high leaves more inner foreskin. That's why you see a lot of cut guys with bicolored dicks (like me).

High cuts are obviously better. You can also get a loose or tight depending on how much skin you want left.

I personally have a high and tight cut, but you could also go with high and loose.

there are people right here, in this thread, who were circumcised as adults. I have spoken to many such people IRL. Look up Sorrells 2007 Fine Touch... study to see a clear breakdown of sensitivity lost after circumcision.

the type of stretching you'll need to do depends on which part of your penis hurts and how. Is your frenulum too tight? If that's the problem, then you'll need to gently pull the foreskin on the underside to stretch the frenulum.

Point is that its reversible, maybe not 100% so but certainly to a significant extent. Your outer layer of skin is constantly being shedded and replaced, so if you start covering your dong the new skin won't be getting keratinized as it gradually transitions to the outermost layers.

For me, I think it probably was necessary, and like I've said its not the end of the world. I take steps to try and preserve sensitivity. Hygiene is quite improved for me. I can still orgasm nice and hard. I can masturbate without lube just about, but with lube is definitely a lot easier.
