Sweden. There are many parallels between our atrocious nanny states, and I think Scandinavians tend to share the same "we're superior to the rest of Europe" mentality that Brits have.
The main difference between us lies in the population. Whereas Britain still has quite a lot of nationalistic/patriotic citizens (enough to see Brexit succeed), Sweden seems to be pretty much beyond saving.
